Our junior high home ec class could have made a better quality product than what I received, which took 5 weeks to arrive. We need a way to tell instagram that this company is a scam.

So similar to other posts on this site - they advertised all over Instagram, so I ordered two dresses, and the quality and look of the dresses was nowhere near the photos in their ads. I had to ask them in five separate emails for return instructions, only to learn that I would have to spend $25+ to ship the flimsy, poor quality dresses back to China. In one email, they said they would refund me $5 if I resold them myself... what kind of customer advice is that!

Worst company ever. They won’t allow returns and the product they sent me was extremely poor quality. The pictures of the clothes aren’t even close to what arrives. Then when u contact customer service and describe issues and request a return they tell u to sell it. That it’ll cost u too much to mail it back to Shanghai. Junk, junk, junk. Please don’t buy their stuff.

Please don’t shop here save yourself a headache! I ordered a shirt when it arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website! I emailed them to get a refund! They would not give me my money and told me I should just keep it that returning it the shipping would cost too much!!!! They also said that all the batches of shirts were different!!!!! Awful service and awful quality!

Worst Experience - They would not let me return the order and wouldn't refund me more than $100. They shouldn't be in business.

Never again will I order from here! I had no idea where it was coming from!!! Took over 30 days to get my items. They are absolutely the worst materials!!! I called customer service and emailed, they didn’t care. Worst service and horrible company!!!!!

I should have read the reviews, I, too, wanted to return but was told it was too expensive and to give the clothes to a friend. I wouldn't put them on my dog! From now on, i first look to where the shipping is coming from!

False advertisement on return warranty. My order was worth $100USD. Caroline from customer service forced me to choose 1) Sell it to other people 2) Refund my order for $5USD (my order was $100) 3) Return and pay own freight

Really kicking myself for not reading reviews before ordering. I ordered several items and paid for expedited shipping so that it would arrive in time for my honeymoon and it’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten any notification about items being shipped yet (based on reviews of the quality of clothing I’m guessing I wouldn’t have worn them anyway). I sent an email asking to cancel the order for a refund, not expecting a response anytime soon. I reported the ad on Instagram (how I heard of the site) so hopefully they won’t advertise it anymore

I wish I had read reviews on this place.... I ordered a dress and it is most definitely not the dress in the picture and I’m pretty sure the items on the models in the pictures are stolen pics. The dress is whatever... cheap material and low quality. I’m not gonna even mess with trying to return it based on reviews I’ve read.

The product was SUPER low quality and the fits were so off from item to item. I wanted to return every item that I got but was unable to because despite over 20 emails including through paypal they would not give me a return authorization or an address to send the stuff back to. Let me amend that they wouldn't even respond to me. Do not order anything from them if you think there is any chance that you might not like it.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My order took over a week to ship out and then even another week to receive. After getting the order and asking about exchanging some of the items I was told that I have to pay for the shipping in which they followed up with that it is very expensive and I should just sell it. For a $150 order, they offered me a $10 refund. No. Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

HORRIBLE - zero customer service. I thought my items (I ordered several dresses) would never arrive and could not get any confirmation on expected shipment. After multiple complaints by email I finally got partial shipment weeks and weeks after I placed my order, with the rest of my shipment in two other orders weeks and weeks after that. When the order took so long I did try to cancel it completely, to no avail. And since the balance of the articles arrived, I have been trying without success for them to tell me how I can return these articles (terrible quality fabric, inconsistent sizes, not like website page descriptions, etc.). The response I finally got was, "... can you tell us your normal size in US and the measurements of bust and hip and waist?is it small or big for you? and pls send some pictures about the measurements of the items you received to us. We need to check with our warehouse. hope you can understand". I do not know what this means, but what is clear is this company is a total scam. FACEBOOK SHOULD VET THESE COMPANIES A LITTLE MORE CLOSELY - do not be fooled like I was and stay clear. Now I am stuck with a half a dozen cheap looking, ugly and ill-fitting dresses.

The quality of the dresses are NOTHING like the pictures depict. On one dress, the fabric is not loose and flowy, nor is it soft, as it appears to be in the picture. The sleeps appear to drape over your shoulders and sit near your elbows but—while the dress fits my body everywhere else—the sleeves are SO TIGHT on my arms that it was cutting off circulation and it was obviously made incorrectly!

Dealing with Venidress' customer service has been a headache! They will not refund me—even though their products were made wrong and look nothing like the pictures—unless I return the product, but I had to ask MULTIPLE TIMES before they would finally tell me an return address. They obviously did NOT want me to return the items. They said the fee to return would be around 30USD, which I was fine with paying—but it turns out it's more like 140CAD (!!) to return these items to China.

Their solution? Give the dress(es) to someone else. Why would I give faulty clothing to someone else? That isn't a solution. It's a cop out. They were anything but helpful and this entire process has been extremely frustrating.

I will not be purchasing anything else from this website and I strongly caution others from doing so (no matter how cute they appear to be)! I tried to post a review on their website but it does not show up, which leads me to believe they are picking-and-choosing which reviews to display. What a joke!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The worst company. Horrible customer service. Their products are cheap and the materials they use are horrible. Their website touts this great 30 day money back guarantee but that is an absolute joke. They tell you you have to contact customer service prior to returning...good luck with that. After days of trying the response that I finally got from them is that they would refund me $5 (my order total was $156!) and that I would just need to “keep it, or resell it, or give it to others.” What an absolute joke this place is. Beware of shopping here!!!!

Won’t let you return anything just like everyone else said. I wish I woulda read these before I ordered $250 worth of clothing. I saw they advertised on Instagram and I’ve bought from other vendors on there before with no issues, but sadly this one is a scam. The materials are horrible and definitely are not as shown on the website. They are terrible at responding and asked me to take pictures of what I wanted to return and why. Basically not honoring the fact that they don’t fit well and would only return if it was defected. All of their clothes are defected, and I wanted to return mostly everything. Do NOT buy from here, it’s a scam!

Terrible!!! Its been 6 -7 weeks and i still have not received my items. I got one email with tracking and it has not updated since August 14tth. I sent 4 emails 2 through paypal with no response. I am so disappointed! They advertised on IG and i am saddened to think of sll the prople they ripped off. Ive ordered from many other companies who advertise on IG with no problems . Buyer be warned!

I waited over three weeks for my order. The customer service response was incredibly slow. None of the clothes I ordered look remotely like they did online. I spent over $200 and there is no way to get a refund. I am furious. Do not order from there.

I bought a dress from Venidress and it ripped down the side within 5 minutes of wearing it. It was loose fitting. I have contacted them several times to return it and no one has responded. The dress was cheaply made. Beware of this company.

Update: I disputed the charge through PayPal and Venidress finally responded. They have requested that I mail back the dress to China, including tracking, so that they can review the possibility of return. So essentially it will cost $25 to send back a cheap $32 dress that I wore for five minutes, to see if they will refund my money. I hope no one else buys from this company. You will regret it!
