The worst online grocery store.
The worst online grocery store.
They deliver the products late and send stale stock and don't think it's their responsibility or liability to refund. All other stores you would shop at have a basic policybof refunding the customer without arguing or asking questions, because it is their liability if they get it wrong. But Veenas customer service and business ethos is such that they think we as customers have to bear the loss, and that they'll do better next time, and that they don't have any responsibility.
Dealing with their after sales representatives is a nightmare and they don't ever respond or return calls.
The stock they send is always crushed or broken and not fresh. The groceries they send will be expired products.
Avoid this store at all costs.

I’ve ordered from Veena’s a few times
I’ve ordered from Veena’s a few times. Their website is easy to use and if they do not have any products they are prompt in contacting you to let you know when they can provide it / provide alternatives. They are efficient and easy to work with and the quality of fresh produce has been great.
The one area that could be bettered (from my experience) is that the frozen foods don’t always fare well esp. if the delivery company has delays.

I can't recommend Veena's enough
I can't recommend Veena's enough. I was having issues with resetting my password this morning so I pinged them in the customer service chat. And oh boy, within seconds I got a manual response. I still had issue and within 5 mins got a call from customer care to sort out the issue. I mean within 5 mins appx. my issue sorted. This is like magic. I have never seen such a prompt customer service in my entire life. Kudos guys for making my Indian grocery shopping experience like a dream come true. Keep up the amazing work. Highly highly recommend Veena's for all Indian groceries.

Poor experience and delayed delivery
Two times frozen product delivery was delayed or not delivered in right manner leaving them not useful.
When I shared the delivery drivers details and that I would like a refund for frozen goods the second time, I was asked two days later for a picture of unfrozen stuff that I had already thrown into garbage. For me this is a matter of integrity and customer service and Veena’s don’t show that. Will not order anymore.
