Candice was very helpful even though I am very angry with the broker since it has alot of mistakes 5 Star for Candice

I would like to request assistance regarding a pending order that did not trigger on my MT4 account.

According to the chart on my platform (M30 and W1 screenshots attached), the market price moved below my buy limit level and reached approximately 45383, which should have triggered the pending order. However, the order remained pending and was not executed.

I really need Tick data showing Bid and Ask prices between 18:55 and 19:05 server time

I’ll be honest with everyone
Vault markets has been one of the best brokers I’ve ever used
Clean spreads and the withdrawals are so quick there’s 0 manipulation in the markets
It’s better than using other international brokers

Customer service is amazing, response time is satisfactory, fast withdrawals as well.

It was a bit delayed at first but sorted everything out within a day (24hrs).

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, which is by far the worst I have ever experienced. You failed to provide clear guidance on the document requirements for registering my account, resulting in me having to resubmit my documents approximately six times. Each submission was rejected without proper explanation. Only after numerous attempts was I informed that scanned documents were not acceptable and that the files needed to be in JPEG format. Even after submitting JPEG images, the documents were rejected again because I had not been told that the photos needed to include a background to prove they were original pictures. Additionally, you failed to advise upfront that all documents had to be certified, forcing me to visit the police station twice to obtain new certified copies. This lack of communication, clarity, and customer support caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Ive been trading with them since 2019 but as of late they have not been up to standard, At first I thought maybe they were adjusting to the new website and interface but its very evident now that this broker has gone to sh*t ,customer support is a joke ,deposits take days to get allocated ,I tried referring a friend and it took a full week for the account to be registered, all in all this is not a trustworthy broker anymore and anyone who wants to sign up with them is making the biggest mistake possible...

Funds didn't reflect on my trading account and they can't trace it

The support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever I’ve had a question—whether it was about account setup, deposits, or trades—I received clear guidance within a few hours. The live chat feature is especially helpful for quick answers.

You guys should know how to run a business, if you are no longer making profits just close down the business instead of scamming people's funds.

I requested for a withdrawal two days ago, just to receive an email stating that my withdrawal is declined due to banking details that are not available on my dashboard, while i already submitted the details and are approved.

I'm not going to force things i'll move on to transparent and trustworthy brokers, for those that want to trade with Vault markets please do that on your own risk.
