BAD COMPANY the order never got delivered , and its been 2 months - NO REFUND or nothing ! Customer service is bad.

Haven't received the product. I placed my order in Oct 2024. They said the product gor returned as I didn't place a phone number. I told them that there was no field asking to fill the phone number, so where was I supposed to fill in.

Huge scam..Initially they responded..then they stopped..when I started asking for a refund.

It is a SCAM! If only I can give 0

I ordered this as a gift to someone who might be interested in the concept. The order details didn’t put a star as an obligatory field next to the phone number and I used the email instead.
The item was stuck in a facility for DAYSSS not moving. I reached them by email for a follow up and they asked for a phone number for delivery . I provided a phone number . Thry would never send you asking for it if you don’t ask for a follow up. However this didn’t change anything .They didn’t reply back. Tried to contact them again including all the previous emails ( where they can see the phone number). They replied again that the order was cancelled due to lack of phone number which I provided earlier. I asked for the refund and they just disappear . Not just that. They had the audacity to keep this automatic email sent again and again to review the product . I replied to one of them that I didn’t receive anything and nothing has changed. Order was October 23 and still nothing almost 3 months later.This is a scam guys . RUN AWAY .

If I could negative rating I would do that. The most pathetic and honestly disgusting service, they lie blatantly, have no regard for their customers. The fact that they are claiming to be a religious business while exploiting people is beyond disgusting. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that they are a scam and a fraud.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's service. My order #11862 has not been delivered even after over a month of waiting, with numerous delays along the way. The service level is unacceptable, and their request for feedback on an undelivered order is both absurd and insulting.

I demanded complete tracking details immediately and insisted they either deliver my order within the next week or cancel it and issue a full refund. Their behavior has been nothing short of fraudulent, and I will not tolerate such poor treatment. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

It is a scam company. The tracking link they send is a scam. It’s a copy cat of some other website or Etsy store.

They have zero reviews. Just orders and scams

I’m rewriting my review. I thought they were a scam. There were no response from their support team. But, today I received the product after 45 days after payment.
