Avoid this company. I ordered a fridge magnet, but the recitation only lasts about 5 minutes. I’ve tried leaving comments on their Instagram page, but they keep deleting them. They’ve also ignored all my emails and DMs. Extremely disappointing experience - I would never recommend this company. They are a scam.

The worst experience..useless, they dont reply to emails ..magnets do not fully work and only last 5 minutes. They ignore emails when asked for a replacement or refund. Do not buy!!!

Don't order from them. They are a scam and a cheat. Their website has this constant timer of the price will increase in 12 hour 15 hours. I ordered magnets from them and they claim that it will be delivered in 4 5 business days in U.S and it took them 3 weeks. Whenever I email them they don't even read my concern and just said here is your tracker. The items were shipped 1 week after I placed and order and they came damaged even when I paid for the protection and when I emailed them they just said sent it back and the address is in China and I pay the return shipping cost. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If I can put negative stars it would be better, the service is below any standards, no way to communicate directly, only through emails with useless replies!!!!!

They took the money immediately with the order but still didn’t receive my order, I will be very surprised if I get my order.

The best way to steal money from customers.

I asked for a full refund but didn’t hear from them yet , or might not hear from them at all.

I bought 4 in total and surah bakarah only plays for 5 mins and 99 names and surah rahman play for 4 mins, plus buttons don’t work on any of them - it’s a good idea but poor execution

I brought 3 Quran magnets - 2 worked properly and 1 does not work.

I emailed them several times and tried to even message then via Insta. But no one had replied.

I’m unable to comment on the quality of the items as I never received them. I initially chose this company after reading so many positive reviews and ordered a necklace for my daughter. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Despite sending multiple emails, I’ve only received the occasional response, which has not been helpful in resolving the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating that there is no phone number to speak with someone directly, and the lack of communication has left me feeling ignored. I truly hoped for a better experience, but sadly, I’m left disappointed and without the item I ordered.

My order number 19563. Sent numerous emails but no reply to date. Received wrong item and disnt like the product but company never replied. Im emailing them since the day i received my order. Poor customer services and poor product. I lost my £75 unfortunately.

I received my quran speaker after 1 month. However the parcel is very badly packed. No bubble wrap and no fragile sticker on it. Imagine shipping across country without any protection?!! Like seriously!!! What stupid and bloody packaging is that? And courier sometimes just throw the parcel inside our porch and poor packaging make it worst!

Ordered February 6… it is now May 26th and no updates at all. Not even a tracking number. Emailed several times and dmed on instagram and no responses. Last email I got was saying there was a delay one week after I ordered.

Its a scam Company!
I paid and they have not delivered any product and their support don answer.
Stay away from this site!

WATCH OUT!!!

I ordered my stuff like 20 days ago to Lebanon, they don't reply to your emails only once they reply and they give a really nerve-wracking answer like "what is the address and zip code so we can process" even though you send the order number and everything. I didn't recieve my order i am requesting for a refund and nobody is answer the emails, till now it is a total ripoff. Thank you vasve for messing up my anniversary gift

It's a scam website, the customer service is not responding as i sent them 3 times asking about the order status which is shown delivered while it wasn't
