I am the owner of several houses in the Cheltenham area and , for the first time , I needed an outside cleaner so I looked on the Internet and came up with the name VaporClean. I telephoned them on 3 July and agreed their charge of just short of £400 . It seemed a lot for a small 3 bedroomed property with just one bath ,3 toilets and one shower and a kitchen of course. I was due to meet them at 0800 on 6 July and indeed I met one individual there. We went inside and I showed him that although the house , which was unfurnished, had been cleaned by the outgoing tenant it needed going over. He was expecting his assistant as I left. I received a call at mid day to say he had finished, could I meet him and pay the balance. I could. To return so I was asked to pay the office over the phone. I asked my daughter to collect the keys for me and lock up. Itrceived a call from her st say that no cleaning had been done from what she could see. Toothpaste on the shower glass, hair in one of the toilet bowls and one other toilet was dirty around the top of the bowl and in the kitchen the cutlery drawer was really dirty. I phoned the company office and asked what two people had been doing there for a total of 8 hours . They wanted to see the evidence but my daughter had already cleaned it for ‘ her dad’ . They asked me to write in and their response was to offer 10% off the next job . I wrote to their manager to remonstrate but he declined to answer my email. Of course there won’t be a next job, not for them anyway. My advice to anyone reading this is to avoid this company like the plague.

We take all customer concerns seriously and were disappointed that you felt the standard of the clean did not meet your expectations. When you contacted us, we asked for photographs of the areas of concern so that we could fully investigate the issues and, where appropriate, arrange for any missed items to be rectified. Unfortunately, by the time we were notified, the areas you referred to had already been cleaned, which meant we were unable to verify the concerns or carry out the remedial work we would normally offer.
Our priority is always to resolve complaints fairly and promptly, and our standard approach is to return to the property to address any areas that have been missed. We appreciate that, on this occasion, this was not possible.
Whilst we regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations, we do not recognise the suggestion that no cleaning had been carried out. Our records show that our operatives attended as scheduled and completed the service booked.
We are sorry that you have been left with this impression of our business. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we continually review all feedback to help maintain the standards we strive to achieve.

Very easy to book and clear upfront cost. The gentleman that came to clean our cooker wasn’t phased by how badly it needed cleaning and did a brilliant job. Highly recommend.

The initial phone call was easy and pleasant. The young lady on the call was polite, friendly and very helpful. The booking was made quickly and simply over the phone, and follow up emails, including an appointment reminder, were sent promptly. The gentleman who turned up was lovely. Kind, professional and patient with me, as I am disabled and cannot move very fast. The service was excellent. This was our first contact with the company, but it certainly won’t be the last.

Dean was polite and professional, explained what was happening. Went on to clean the carpets and managed to get the stains out which was unexpected as it was dried rust from some old ladders!

5* oven cleaning and great communication
I was most impressed with the service that Connor from Vapor Clean gave. We had 3 ovens, hobs and extractor hoods cleaned and he did a fantastic job. Connor arrived at the beginning of the given 1/2 hr window. He worked efficiently and cleanly in 3 properties, covering all areas around which he was working. He highlighted any problems straightaway and worked to try to solve them. A very friendly young man who also has great communication skills. Our ovens, trays, racks, hobs and extractor hoods were left looking brilliantly clean. The products used didn't have any strong, toxic smell and this was why we chose Vapor Clean to do the work. We are so happy. Thank you so much Connor and Vapor Clean. I would highly recommend you.
