Sam, the technician, was polite and friendly. He explained the process to me and called me to tell me exactly when he would be arriving at my property. The oven looked like new when he had finished. A great result ! Will certainly use them again.

Sadly, very unimpressed. I paid £120 for an oven clean for the existing oven in my new house. The guy arrived over 90 mins late for the time I was given, he then proceeded to try and clean the oven and failed terribly. He was unable to clean the door and left dirty stains all over my kitchen.
When I turned the oven on it gave off an awful chemical smell that I meant I actually scrapped the oven altogether.
I wouldn’t recommend.

In regard to the arrival time, unfortunately our technicians can sometimes run late due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic. This is why we provide a one-hour arrival window rather than an exact arrival time. We apologise that you were not updated on this occasion.
Regarding the clean itself, we were not made aware of any issues following the appointment. We always offer our customers the opportunity for us to return and rectify any areas they are not happy with, as we want to ensure every customer is satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately, as we did not receive any communication from you advising us of any concerns, we were unable to arrange a return visit to address these points.
Our company uses eco-friendly cleaning products, so any chemical smell experienced after the clean may have been related to previous products or substances used within the oven. However, without being given the opportunity to return and inspect the oven or rectify any concerns, we are unable to determine the cause of this.
Had we been contacted to let us know you were unhappy with any aspect of the service, we would have been more than happy to arrange a return visit and resolve any issues for you. We always aim to put things right where possible, but unfortunately we can only do this when we are made aware of a problem.

An excellent experience!
Lewis cleaned our lounge seating very expertly. The two and three seater sofas and two footstools had not be cleaned professionally for almost 10 years. Everything had also recently gone through a house move. All the marks were removed and the fabric came up exceptionally well and looked very fresh. Lewis was very professional and dealt with everything. We used an airer turned on its' side to support the cushions and allow air to circulate well. There was no smell and although the fabric was touch dry very quickly, we left everything to air until the end of the following day. I have no hesitation is recommending Vapour Clean to anyone. From booking the appointment to the final clear up, I was very impressed.
