Wouldn’t Use Anyone Else
Vape shop are faultless. I have been using them for nearly 2 years and my deliveries are always quick. I love using their subscription service and get such a great price for my vapes. I’ve only ever had 1 small issue with a payment and they resolved it within 30 minutes. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff I couldn’t rate them any higher. Thank you vape shop and all your staff you truly are top tier.

Been using these for years accumulated points and saving money always excellent especially recently the customer service was excellent I had a rare faulty vape which I returned and it was dealt with promptly with a replacement dispatched the same day they received the return from me wouldn't Shop anywhere else for my vapes

Excellent company but more realistic delivery dates needed
Review updated to 5 stars due to order arriving today and Vape shop taking ownership of resolution and refunding me also with excellent communication. Due to this I will continue to buy from them however I do feel that a more realistic timescale for delivery should be given so that people are able to work out accurately when to order so that they don't run out of pods in the meantime. The majority of vapers are former smokers and need a regular supply of vaping products in order to replace smoking. As any smoker knows running out of cigarettes is not ideal and also applys to vaping products so we do need accurate delivery dates.
Original review:
First order was delivered at end of timescale given second order no sign of it after 6 days. Emailed and tbf received fast reply however Im told I have to wait until 10 days after supposed dispatch for them to even look at some sort of resolution. I ordered in good faith that the pods would arrive before I ran out. I've now had to order from a different company to ensure I dont run out. Tracking number given suggests Royal Mail have never received my package despite Vape shop saying its been sent. Would not reccommend this company to Anyone running low on vape pods at the time of ordering which is a shame as their prices are very good and customer service lovely

Zoe was a blessing
Zoe in their customer department handled my issue in an extremely helpful manner. I ordered my delivery for next day guaranteed delivery through dpd thursday at 7:30am and on Friday got the notification to say it would get delivered Saturday as they'd only just picked it up. Saturday it never came cause the dpd driver went home without delivering to my area, so I had to wait yet another day. Finally got the order Sunday and it was damaged with all goods inside totally destroyed and a muddy boot print on the packaging. I was furious but knew Vapeshop wasnt to blame as they did their job by sending the goods.
Zoe was understanding and quickly sorted out a replacement with a different courier to ease my worries. An asset to the company ☺️ my only issue is that their complains team doesn't work weekends and because of that, I couldn't contact anyone about my problem until this morning (monday 12th Jan)

Great Support and Customer Service
Always great support and amazing customer service from The Vape Shop. Anytime I've had a problem they have sorted it in a timely manner and always been friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for vapes. I had a faulty device and sent it back, even without the original packaging they accepted a print out of the original order online and also refunded the payment for sending it back. Fantastic service.

You now have to email cancel a Subscription
You now have to email them to cancel a subscription, WHY? it never use to be like this, and I don't have to email the company to start a subscription. This is hoops to jump through to hopefully avoid people canceling subscriptions? What is this a gym membership?
Prices are ok and service seems ok so far, but this email to cancel subscription is silly!! Theres a button on their subscription page that says cancel, but clicking this just pops up a box informing people they need to email. Not good and so 2*
