We love our Toyota IQ although the air-con had stopped working, I took it to Vantage Toyota in Knaresborough. We've used them for more than fifteen years and I can honestly say that they are excellent and perhaps the only franchised dealer about that I have been able to say this.
Unfortunately, when I got the air-con estimate for repairs, it came to over £1,900. To spend this on a fifteen year old car would be foolish. The parts alone came to £1,400. I spoke to Mark and we decided that the best course of action would be to check eBay for the parts. I found them, new for £363. So with Vantage fitting them for me, the total bill I ended up paying was £750.
So, we're happy. I'll continue to have the IQ serviced there and no doubt go to them when we decide to replace our car.

Mollie at the dealership was amazing! She was such a down-to-earth person to deal with who wasn't a typical pushy salesperson, she let us go at our own pace and let us tell her what we wanted and she assisted to our needs instead of steering us to something that wasn't right. She was so helpful and thoughtful and always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation and retained small details, like how we take our coffee, which showed she cared for her customers throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better experience while returning to buying a new car. The showroom was impressive, lovely and clean, service was excellent and we always felt that our needs were met and were given the best deals available. Amazing!!

Superb customer service. I felt valued and listened to by all members of staff who I came in contact with. A clean, well presented showroom. Great selection of cars, all of which were immaculately presented, both new and used.
Although various offers/purchase packages were offered, there was no pressuring to take them. The needs of the customer were clearly their top priority. Toyota were recommended to me by family members. I can see why. I will certainly be singing their praises to my own friends and relations in the future.

My experience with Lexus Leeds was excellent from start to finish. The level of professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
Imran Data and Matt Eastaugh were outstanding throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to answer any questions. The vehicle handover was thorough and enjoyable, with everything clearly explained and presented in a professional manner.
What particularly impressed me was the after-sales support. It is clear that customer satisfaction remains a priority even after the purchase has been completed. Their responsiveness and willingness to help gave me great confidence in both Lexus Leeds and the Lexus brand.
I would highly recommend Lexus Leeds to anyone considering a Lexus vehicle and would like to thank Imran, Matt, and the wider team for making the experience so positive.

Vantage Toyota Preston were great because the cars are displayed well , staff are friendly in a no pressure way especially George and Richard.
They listened what i was using the car for and from there knowledge showed me cars that would best suit my needs.
George and Richard were patient with myself and explained everything clear and if I needed it explaining again was happy to do so .
I was very impressed with the hand over and how George made it feel special.
I didnt expect that because they have other customers spending alot more money than I did.
That didnt matter to George. Put my little Argo X in the showroom with a lovely sign on it .
George went through setting up the radio , phone and toyota app with myself .
I find changing cars quiet difficult but George made is as stress free as possible .
I will definitely recommend the dealership and I will ask the to look out for George or Richard .
My husband also loved the tea , coffee and biscuits available.

I came to Preston vantage Toyota to have my Aygo x firstly serviced and then a new shock absorber fitted, the service was excellent/outstanding. The lady who dealt with it was called Stef this lady was another level she could not do enough for myself the customer. While I was waiting another customer asked why I came all the way from the lakes to Vantage Preston, the answer was obviously the very high standard of the service you get I would alway ask for this staff member, taking nothing away from the other service members, keep up the excellent 👍 work you do you are truly an ambassador for Toyota.
