An easy going, first time car buyer experience. I was helped by Rehan who was very knowledgable and fair.
I was quite intimidated and nervous at the thought of buying a car as I am a recently passed, first time buyer and also a woman who didn't know a lot about cars, so I didn't want to feel taken advantage of. (I had nothing to worry about here!)
I came from a previous dealership where I looked at the same car but in auto which was actually a little more appealing to me at first, however, we went to Vantage Leeds to check out the newer model in Manual and I instantly knew I would go with this car and with this dealership.

It felt so much less intimidating and relaxed. Rehan was so friendly but it felt natual, not put on. He offered a test drive right away but we were short on time so we came back another day and every time we dealt with him he brought the same excited energy for me getting my first car. :-)

I'm sure ALL of the staff here are nice, as all of them that we spoke to was super kind but I can only speak of Rehan who I delt with and I would personally say that as a first time buyer, ask for Rehan! Made my anxieties melt away and I ended up being actually excited for my new car!

I was well taken care of and even my dad complimented him, as someone who has had countless cars and the last one also from Toyota Vantage Leeds!

The staff are amazing and the cars are good value for money. Make good use of the research the staff will do before hand, give them an Idea of what car you want and your budget and you won't be disappointed.

Had a face to face service requirement with Lee Plumb today. The personal nature of being able to talk with the Service Manager made all the difference in being able to describe my service need and receiving an immediate service remedy and being able to order a new car at the same time. Great sales experience

Recently had a bad crash and wrote off my car. I wanted to be back on the road as quickly as possible and I was very specific about what car I was I looking for. Michael, Sam and Zak at vantage in Leeds were beyond helpful, fantastic service. Have no complaints at all. Thank you.

Brilliant service from Neil and the team at Toyota York, delivered my new van to Aberdeen, outstanding service

All staff are a polite, helpful, personable and one feels as though treated by friends, although fortunately we only need to visit for a once a year service.
Michael the Mechanic explains what he has carried out regarding the service, etc together with the video which I rather like, it is the only time one sees the underneath of the vehicle.
Alice helped with setting up the mobile phone to use in car hands free. Tracey obviously loves her work very much and customer service comes second nature to her.
Overall, a full 10/10 if I could give more I would.

Peter was very helpful and put no pressure at all on me to make the purchase. I was able to take a long test drive and agreed the purchase very easily. They then took every effort to make the car as near perfect as possible, making some minor bodywork repairs. I'm very pleased with the car and very appreciative of the superb service received.
