Absolutely shocking! Ordered steps for a ford tourneo, they did not fit called up to be told they definitely will.
We advised it’s a long wheeled based and told yes no problem definitely fits!
So we paid a deposit and booked in for them to fit the steps for us as they defiantly didn’t fit (but we are no experts apparently van style are. I beg to differ ) on the 20th March ! This was a crazy 8 weeks wait! 13th May was the appointment, for them to then cancelled the fitting appointment on us the day before then rebooked for another 3 weeks later!! 4th June
Had to drive 3 hours, pay to stay over and also taxis back and forth to be told they don’t have the steps that fit the van!! So they are unable to do it! ( we told them this back in March they didn’t fit!
The money and time this company have wasted of ours is unbelievable! I am disgusted and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
Trying to call them and can never get through neither - no call backs
And the poor lady on the front desk is left to deal with all this and try and explain why they’ve have told us a load of rubbish and wasted so much time and money! Avoid at all costs unless you fancy wasting your hard earned cash and time!

Delivery, excellent, driver helped unload the side steps!
Information papers very blurred, hard to see the location images!
The 1st lug on the driver side was “very” difficult to locate, found a bent piece of rubber that helped locate the lug into position! Should have been explained within the info papers !

Easy to use website, super fast delivery with constant updates.
Well packaged.

Item advertised as supplied with instructions, non provided and when contacted was told it doesn't come with instructions, replied with picture from the advert clearly proving it said they were provided and now they're ignoring me, very poor after sales so beware if you have any issues.
Finally replied repeating themselves that they don't come with instructions 🙄 change your advert/description then.

Swift delivery with good comms. Only place stocking particular replacement side bars for my t5 i wanted.

Bought genuine VW spares, competitively priced with prompt delivery.

Placed the order on the website.
1 item. Paid in full.
Had the confirmation email saying order placed, only to receive an email the following day saying that the product was not available. I was then given an alternative choice of product? That didn’t exist.
So now I’m still waiting for stock availability 🤷🏼‍♂️ and still haven’t received my order. Well done van style! How not to run a business.
Im still awaiting a follow up email on a delivery date.

Great product, great quality and price. The fitting instructions are pretty poor, the pictures are hard to see and the steps aren’t very clear.
Customer service is okay if you can get through.

Ordered window 29/4/25. First a wrong window comes, I ring up and the ladies aid she will dispatch the right one. A week later I ring up to find she hadn’t sent it, so the man sends the correct one. Arrived 12/5/25 with no fitting kit!! It’s been over 13 days and I still have not received what I paid for. Seems the dispatchers don’t read the orders or just don’t care. I have sent 4 emails, an eBay message, a Facebook message and rang numerous times. Still yet to get this resolved! Someone from Vanstyle make contact asap

Would buy from this company again. The product I bought was great and fitted great.

Ordered a pair of T6 SWB sidebars and a pair of side mirror caps. Arrived in good time but one of the mirror caps was scratched and had blemishes (?manufacturing fault) which meant I couldn't accept them. Contacted VS and spoke to Stephen Hunt who, without quibble, sent out a replacement.
The fitting of the sidebars was left to my garage, given that the mounts/bolts had rusted solid. Unfortunately one of the sidebars was missing the necessary threads to mount via the bolt, so had to contact Stephen again and, once more, no quibble and a replacement was sent.
Have used VS before but never had a faulty product and haven't written a review.
So, hats off to VanStyle and Stephen Hunt. Great products at very competitive pricing and excellent customer service; what more could you ask?

While there were a couple of issues with our items, these were quickly dealt with by Vanstyle. Excellent communication and prompt action led to a very satisfactory outcome.

Terrible customer service, I seen an add for side bars for my lwb transit van, I called on the 24th April and the lady said: we have them if you want come and pick them up in the morning. I travelled from Birmingham 25th which was a 1hr 57m.

Only for the gentleman to say they ain’t in stock😡 We paid there and then and was told it they was coming in on Monday 28th and would be with me latest Wednesday 30th April.

I called on Monday as money was taken from bank and was told it’s out for picking, which was a lie, but was a mess up on there side and payment was cleared.

Called on Tuesday to see where is the side bars the same lady answers and tells me: there in the depo but they are not scanned out yet for delivery they should be out for the Wednesday.

I have just come off the phone to the same woman who asked for a delivery address and was waiting for 5mins for her to come back and say: you will be looking at next Wednesday which is 7th May 2025.

I stated why did you not let us know and why tell us something if it’s not true, her response was all we can do is wait for a expected date, to which I said the van needed to be out sold to a customer this weekend and has lost me money, can you cancel it and return my money straight away.

Let’s see how long this takes as if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t talk and fob customers off with lies and silence.

When anyone buys be careful out dates and stock they will sell you and not have it and not communicate, never recommend them to anyone a 4hr trip to be told there is nothing there and to lie about delivery.
