Can't rate the service that I received from Transporter HQ, especially Bailie, who has been exemplary.....can not recommend THQ enough as they are my go to for upgrades to my van - just had the lights and front grilles done, next stop when funds permit - speaker upgrade, rear covered hook up, rear lights...the list goes on 🤣

Prices about on par with other transporter specialists but good customer service. Had a couple of issues with my order and they were sorted quickly without any hassle or argument. Would use them again.

The part was advertised as fitting VW, but it only fits aftermarket bumpers — this was not made clear in the listing. When challenged, they refused to cover return postage despite the item being not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Communication has been extremely difficult. Their online chat is permanently “offline”, emails frequently bounce back, and contact forms go unanswered.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Bought two items from them over a period of a few months. Both times their email server kept going down and they kept failing to respond in their online chat. So basically if you have an issue with an order there is no way of contacting them. I tried ringing and they guy said "yeh our server is always up and down". In this day and age, not even having a reliable email account seems crazy for a business selling online!

Thank you to Mike (Wheel Tech) and THQ team for the expeditiously sending my wheel bolts after I lost them.
Thank you so much for getting the bolts out to me next day so the van was ready for the cold weather after I misplaced mine.

Terrible company and CRAP quality parts. I have been told headlights are meant to leak water and that it’s totally normal. All you need to do is remove the headlights, remove the bung and then drive around for them to dry out every second day.

£600 headlights bought brand new in July.

Reported to trading standards.

Twice I have ordered some T6.1 stuff from THQ and twice the quality of the goods was excellent and the delivery - to the Netherlands! - lightning fast. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service, even if you have an issue. They answer phones quickly, and sort anything out asap. Fantastic!

VW Transporter T6 – Headlights – V3 – LED DRL – RHD – Black
I was a bit unsure as to how much difference they would make as I’ve tried all the usual bulb upgrades and to be honest I wish I had saved my money !! but to anyone thinking of the new headlights upgrade go for it you won’t regret it so easy to fit just follow the hq video available on you tube

What a great set up and bunch of people! Had a problem with my lights, Mitch worked his way through the problem and got it sorted, even brought a replacement unit home for me to collect and save some miles. Highly recommend, brilliant, thanks again Mitch and Kieran.

Unbelievable . I ordered a pair of rear lights for my t5.1. Ordered 11:35am yesterday (26th) on a 3 day delivery. They turned up today.(27th). Less than 24hr from order to delivered. Well happy . Great service. Very helpful on the phone when called them to ask about them.

I’m new to the veedub world. Just bought a SWB Kombi and on recommendation purchased some rear quarter black-out windows and some trapezoid side bars from these guys. All parts delivered within days of purchase. Very well packaged and everything in order. I will defo be using this company again - highly recommended- well done Transporter HQ!

Great products. I ordered two backdoor windows for my transporter and their install kits, plus a lot of other stuff and installed everything. Package arrived to Finland within expected time, well packaged. The hydraulic bonnet strut is a great product and a delight to use. It works perfectly once it is in place.

spot on, really nice to deal with, i did have an issue but it was the courier that let them down.
