I contacted VAM Healthcare on Instagram, and then my assistant reached out to me via WhatsApp. We communicated for over three months before my surgery. She was always kind, helpful, and very patient. I am extremely satisfied with my results. I had rhinoplasty, a temporal lift, upper eyelid surgery, and fat injections to my face. I look 10 years younger now! Many thanks to Dr. Anıl Pehlivan and the whole VAM Healthcare team. Next year I am planning to come back for my body surgeries with my friend. I definitely recommend!

VAM Healthcare - Disastrous result and medical error

Horrible experience: Asymmetry, physical injury and gaslighting
I had a breast augmentation at VAM Healthcare 6 weeks ago, and the results are disastrous. I have severe asymmetry: the 450cc side is rock-hard and stuck much higher (near my chin) than the 500cc side. It’s clear the implant is not dropping. To make matters worse, on the second day post-op, a nurse ripped off my bandages so violently that she tore my skin off. I have video proof of this raw wound. The clinic lied to my face, calling it an "allergy" to cover up their medical error. Now, instead of helping me with these complications, the staff is gaslighting me and complaining about my "behavior" when I ask for professional medical advice. Please note that the healing process after surgery can vary from person to person. Especially in the first weeks, asymmetry and firmness may occur temporarily due to swelling. In your case, only a breast augmentation procedure was performed, and during your face-to-face consultation, the most suitable Mentor brand implants were selected according to your breast tissue.

As the implants were placed under the muscle, it may take some time for them to settle properly. This technique is preferred to achieve more natural and long-lasting results over time.

Dopo avermi preteso dati sansibili (foto e relazioni mediche) dal nr. +90 538 479 53 51, mi hanno risposto che non potevano aiutarmi!
Ponendo il fatto che non abbia chiesto l'aiuto di nessuno, specificavo come mi occorresse un preventivo di spesa e fattibilità su una revisione chirurgica, ovviamente su danni che mi ha cagionato un'altro chiriurgo.
Alla fine mi hanno risposto dopo diverse ore che non essendo un loro vecchio paziente non avrebbero potuto fare nulla! Secondo me i medici non hanno neanche visto nulla, ma sono queste agenzie che si scelgono il lavoro più facile!
Anzitutto,è ovvia l'incompetenza che dimostra come anche questi chirurghi non siano capaci di riparare i danni fatti da un loro collega, poi, è altrettanto ovvio come preferiscano operare persone mai operate prima, libere così d'intevenire probabilmente male anche su queste.
Inoltre è evidente la politica interna al loro ambito, ossia di rifiutare d'intervenire su persone già rovinate dai coleghi, il che rappresenta una scorrettezza evidente a compertura del diffuso malpractise del paese. Vergognoso! Spero proprio che nessuno parta mai più in Turchia, neanche per farsi tagliare le unghie!

Anche dopo la Vostra risposta, ribadisco con fermezza che la mia recensione non cambierà. Trovo inutile rigirare la questione con fatti impertinenti che non corrispondono alla realtà delle mie intenzioni. Non ho mai espresso la volontà di essere rioperato immediatamente, né tantomeno ho inteso operarmi nella vostra clinica. Sono perfettamente consapevole dei tempi e dei termini legali che attualmente mi vincolano. Per mia correttezza, ho dichiarato fin da subito di essere stato operato altrove, pur sempre in Turchia. Avevate a disposizione fotografie scattate da un perito, un chirurgo plastico qui in Italia, e la sua relazione medico-legale che non lasciava alcun margine di interpretazione. Anzi, la relazione era chiarissima e più che sufficiente per comprendere la situazione ed esprimere un primo parere orientativo sulla fattibilità. Nonostante ciò, non l'avete fatto! Al contrario, non mi è stata mai proposta una visita diretta, ma mi è stato direttamente comunicato che nessun medico avrebbe accettato il caso. La mia richiesta era chiaramente mirata a ottenere un'indicazione orientativa sulla fattibilità e sui costi, con l'intesa che una visita di persona sarebbe avvenuta a tempo debito. La verità è che, come voi stessi mi state confermando, riparare ai danni altrui non rientra nelle vostre tendenze.
Per questi motivi, la recensione che vi ho lasciato è pienamente meritata e quella resta.

It is not possible—nor ethically appropriate—for our surgeons to provide a reliable medical opinion or treatment plan based solely on photographs and brief descriptions shared online or via messaging platforms.

Such cases require a thorough assessment by a specialist, including physical examination, medical imaging (if necessary), and a detailed review of your surgical history. For these reasons, we are unable to give a definitive cost estimate or guarantee of feasibility without seeing you in person.

In addition, as per our clinic’s policies and patient safety protocols, we do not proceed with revision surgeries remotely for patients whose previous operations were performed elsewhere. This is not due to a lack of willingness to help, but rather a commitment to ensuring your safety, ethical practice, and surgical success.
