This is not a legitimate business, it is a scam. The phone number does not connect you to anyone -- it is a cell phone without a voicemail set up. The address is a rundown empty house in Miami (put the address in google maps.) Their social media has no posts, and the images on their website have all been stolen from other sites, such as ebay, amazon, and etsy.

They give you a "tracking number" but then say it won't work for 5-10 business days (which puts you past the timeline to file a PayPal complaint.) There should be a class-action suit for those who have been taken advantage of by this company.

If you have been scammed by Valar, please call Shopify (1(855) 816-3857) and let them know that they are currently supporting the website for a scam. Then, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

If anything, we should all take away the lesson from this that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. I will definitely be doing more thorough investigations before making any purchases outside of Amazon or Etsy in the future.

I sadly fell into the same trap just like the rest! I've been waiting almost a month for the Deadpool knife block. Sent them email stating I wanted a refund after reading reviews, still haven't heard from them, and that was 2 days ago. I just received an email saying it finally shipped, but I call bull. Don't waste time with this disgusting company. This "company" lacks all professionalism and business courtesy. At this point even if the knife block comes, I'll just throw it out.

emails return as undeliverable, zero email responses or replies from them, tracking information is never updated. utter rubbish company. do not buy from them.

Wish I never ordered from them. I would give it a zero if I could.. I ordered two Deadpool head knofe holders. They ate flimsy and very tacky looking. I tried to return them the day I got them and they said since they have already been ordered and shipped they can not be returned.. However, their return policy says that you can return this game within 30 days. Now I am down two presents and I wanted $64. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

No answer from them after 4 months I bought the items. They dont seem so legit they are saying they are. At least they could answer our calls and give us some answers to this. I dont recommend anyone else to buy from valarstore.

Ordered over a month ago and the tracking number does not work. I get responses but they are generic, we are doing our best please hold responses. Its a scam.

I've ordered 1 item 3 weeks ago and tracking number doesn't exist.... they should be sued!

After a month I finally got upset and asked them to just cancel my order since they NEVER SHIPPED IT. They just took my money. They said it was too late it already shipped. THEY LIED. They had not shipped it yet. It wasn't until 2 days later that I got a notification from the USPS that China was shipping my item. Who knows how long it will take to get an item I ordered a month ago. Terrible customer service. If you don't like the way they do business, the cost of returning anything is on the customer. Buyer beware. I do a lot of online shopping (90% of my shopping is done online) and this company, by far, has been the worst to deal with. RUN!!

they gave me a tracking number which one doesnt work, not writting back, i think its a scam, already started claiming my money back. Even paypal didnt gave my money back, case been finished in sellers favor. report it to paypal aswell

DO NOT USE; Seems to be a trend; Ordered ages ago. No update on the order, or tracking number. No response from the company.

Very well disguised website. Not a real company. Clicked on Facebook link to find page does not exist. Not seen or heard from them, yet ordered 2 months ago.

Tracking number I was given leads back to a Greek company who do not deliver worldwide and have never heard of Valar Stores.

Contacted them through official channels via website and no reply.
