This store is one of hundreds that sets up FAKE facebook pages to redirect gullable traffic to fraudulent sites where they steal your money by posting pics of products made by other people that they don't even have for sale. Never buy anything from a shop that uses a bitly link or other truncated link EVER! It's time for that BS to end!

1 star is to much for these guys... all items were returned unopened to sender and they never respond to my emails nor do they refund the order...

I waited over 3 months and paid way too much for what was a $4 product at best. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

The order was placed through Amde Store from a Facebook ad on March 11th. Their contact email is: supportamdestore.com
I emailed them to cancel within an hour of placing the order but that email was ignored completely.
Instead, I got a confirmation email from Cửa hàng trực tuyến quanglocngogmail.com thanking me for the order. I emailed that one back immediately also asking to cancel the order. It was also ignored.
On March 19th I received a reply to an email from Angela Harris supportvalarstore.com that says, "Hello Terry McGhee,
Thanks for reaching us and sorry for our late reply.
We cannot find any order using your name or your email address. Besides that, we don't have any 424 on our order codes. Could you please check again?

I replied with screenshots of the whole transaction and it went ignored.
On March 20th I received an email from Valar Store supportvalarstore.com stating my order had been marked complete. I emailed them back demanding the order be canceled.
On April 2nd I received an email from Angela Harris supportvalarstore.com that said, "Hello Terry,
Thanks so much for reaching us.
Unfortunately, your order has already been shipped so it cannot be canceled at the moment.
However, if you still want to cancel your order, kindly wait for its arrival, return it to our warehouse and inform us once more. After receiving the non-defective item, we will process your refund immediately. You just need to pay the shipping cost.
We look forward to hearing your final decision. Freely let us know if you need more support.

On May 6th they sent me tracking information, for three different people.
Today May 14th, the item arrived.
So, yea. You can roll the dice if you want, but I would be careful.

Side note: Bankcard was used overseas about two weeks after placing my order, had to cancel it and get a new one.
Upon further investigation, the pictures of the product they used were used without permission from the artist who does not sell the bats but simply made one for her kid and posted pictures of it.

Got knock-off of what I ordered, they stole their product photo from an artist and delivered something that doesn't look like the photo.

Ordered a plush Bat baby through them.......TOTAL RIP off. Had to open ebay dispute. Company sent 'wrong' tracking!
Several emails.....eventually sent, looks NOTHING like the photo.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY or HASSLE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
So cross I fell for it.

Responded to a Facebook post for a baby bat plushie. TOTAL ripoff...no response and fake tracking number.

You will never receive your items from this company as the pictures of the products are stolen from genuine artists, who have no dealings with them. They also "sell" the products for a fraction of the real cost so be warned if it looks to good to be true then it probably is. I was stupid enough to be caught trying to purchase in all good faith one of the now infamous needle felted bats, until my daughter told me about the real artist/creator of them on Etsy.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. First of all, they are not a real business. This sham is likely being run out of someone’s garage.

Second, expect your item to takes WEEKS to arrive. That’s because it’s coming directly from China.

Third, you will lucky as hell for your NON -LICENSED item to make it to your door in one piece. I ordered a Deadpool knife block. They shipped it from China on a BAG. One whole side of the head was caved in.

Fourth, if your item arrives damaged, they want YOU to pay to ship it to a return address in INDONESIA. I checked... it would have been $36 to send a damaged item AT MY expense back to them. Oh, and they want you to pay to send a new one. If they issue a refund, it’s for the cost minus the ORIGINAL SHIPPING. To recap, that would be $45 to send back a $30 head that was damaged by their abysmal packing job.
I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Fifth, if you try and leave a negative review on their website, they will USE YOUR NAME and change you negative review to a positive one.

Sixth, if you try to warn people not to buy from them on their Facebook adds, they will delete your comment and block you.

Moral of the story? DON’T buy from these crooks.

An absolute scum! They keep creating #facebook pages and sponsored posts while stealing art and products from other artists, selling them as theirs. Too bad they use #shopify and #godaddy , respected services both, to do their thing. #Valar shop is a total mess. We are working with #paypal for a #refund right away.

p.s. of course the site doesn't exist now , as it usually does! changes URL and names and does the same exactly things. Be careful.

This company needs to be investigated. I ordered an anime lamp a couple weeks before Christmas and got it about two weeks after Christmas. Every last piece came crushed and broken. They told me no refunds but that they would ship me a new one. After waiting another three weeks I received one piece of plastic. This is supposed to be my replacement for the entire broken lamp. It's no where near usable. I'm going to see if I can get someone on the phone. In the meantime if sent an email. NOT HAPPY !!

They have stolen the photos of my own handmade Panda Earrings and sell them as their product! They have cut my logo! Scam!!!

Fake Company. Never actually ships anything after you place an order!

After weeks of back and forth, they sent us a tracking number for a Chinese company that doesn't ship individual packages, just shipping containers. Thankfully PayPal was able to get our money back.

My order was placed at the beginning of December. Unfortunately, the site doesn't give you any indication of how long it will take to receive it until after the transaction is completed, and you've already paid.

The package wasn't shipped (from China) until December 25, and didn't leave China until Dec 27. Not that I knew what was going on, since tracking the parcel wasn't working until I sent two emails to Valar. The package wasn't handed over to customs until Jan 12. I didn't receive it until January 16, when it arrived at my door in a plastic bag (which tracking referred to as an "ePacket").

At no time was I impressed with this company, and I'll never order from them again.

Ordered in november, got a message, item was send 2 days after with a tracking.
Mid december, still not trackable, mailed them, got a new tracking, send mid december after my mail.
Now its mid January, track 17 response an alert.
No reply from valar support in days.
Involved paypal now, feels like a fraud.

Horrible company. Dishonest, misleading.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRODUCTS.
It took 2 months for my item to arrive, it came in a bag with one thin layer of bubble wrap and was completely damaged. I took photos of the item and sent it to the company via email immediately expressing my obvious disapproval. They replied 4 days later and asked that I "fix" the item by submerging it in hot water and "resetting" the mold. HA! And I told them so in a response email. 5 days go by and they respond by asking me to return the item to a different location on my dime and then I am to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a partial refund. What a joke.
The item was a Deadpool Knife Block for the kitchen. It was not a solid material you would expect but rather a thin smelly plastic that didn't even set flat. Whatever you do stay away from this site and save yourself a headache. Thank goodness for my Costco Citibank Card, I disputed the charge and filed a complaint against the company. They took care of me and hopefully this so called company also gets taken care of.

Horrible experience. Product looks like a cheap knock off of what I ordered. Shipping took two months. This was supposed to be a christmas gift, ordered in November and got it in January. Website is very deceiving, never says location is in China. Customer service is horrible. Tracking number I got took weeks before I could use it and would stop working. Stay Away from this vendor!

This has been the worst experience ever with an online retailer. Bought a goku lamp on October 16th. Never received a shipping confirmation so I asked for a refund then they finally sent it with a bogus tracking number. Received item on November 19th and it was broken! December 3rd they said they would reship it and send shipping confirmation. It’s now January 8th and no shipping confirmation and no response. Absolutely unacceptable!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I’m still trying to figure out how to get my money back!!
