I have been ignored for months - Utmost has not provided any wealth management and in fact has destroyed and caused significant harm to my wealth and well being. With no cause or reason other than the incompetence of their managers and team leaders. I won’t name them specifically but if anyone wants to engage me in this would be more than happy to be specific.

Very good service
Very good service. Unlike so many others today, they respond quickly and ongoing cases are a conversation as opposed to each message being treated as new queries with the associated time delays. This is a pleasant experience in contrast to other insurance companies who have lost their way a bit.

I've dealt with various departments of Utmost and more often than not I am extremely disappointed with the timescales of their response. However, dealing with Utmost.ie has been an extremely pleasant experience.
Responses are far better than could be expected and Laura Maguire has been extremely helpful. It is very much appreciated and I wish other departments in Utmost were the same.

Website not allowing to sell my investment
The website was not allowing me to sell, the next day, this stock crashed and caused me significant losses. It’s been 2 weeks now and the issue is not fixed yet and I am told by your IT administrator that the problem is still being worked upon. This has been a very disappointing and financially painful experience
