What wonderful help!
We are a small CIC moving into our first premises, without a clue of the process involved in sorting out utilities. Energy Consultant, William Dow has been so kind, helpful and patient and has found us the best electricity option (in these difficult times). So grateful for all of the support. Thanks, William!

Utility Aid, checked all of our invoices and found that some were eligible for a lower rate of VAT - this has now been actioned and we are already seeing savings.

Utility Aid have not only been amazing in helping us locate a green energy provider, they also recovered £1000's in incorrect overcharges on our behalf. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have be dealing with Utility Aid for a number of years and they are amazing, I work very closely with Jodie Lee Cross who has always gone above and beyond what i would expect, whenever i have a problem with a supplier (we have had a lot over the years) I email Jodie and with a short time she will reply and get everything going to get it sorted. Also when I need new contracts (3 yearly) Utility Aid have always got me fantastic deals with no hassle or hard work from my side. i had a problem yesterday emailed Jodie in the afternoon and the team at utility aid are on it 9am this morning. can't ask for more that that. :)

Utility Aid has helped our church find really good quotes for our energy supplies. As a real plus they also check at no cost to us the invoices from suppliers and have recently managed to obtain a refund for overcharged invoices.

Over a very long period of almost two years, Utility Aid has helped us with difficulties with Scottish Power, including a wrong address which prevented us leaving an expensive contract with them. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty in sorting out issues (including with Royal Mail over postcodes) and have always kept us informed and up-to-date.

Alanna and Alex handled our two procurements professionally and in a timely manner, sourcing alternatives and helping us secure great deals for the College.

Utility Aid - Assistance
Thank you to Kristian for his help and support with arranging the Parish Council's gas and electric services over the last couple of year. Kristian is always supportive and responsive (even when I ask stilly questions!).

I am part of a community group of volunteers and it's great to have the support of Utility Aid to help us navigate our way through problems with suppliers and the different options available. Its reassuring to know that there's help out there, especially when changing suppliers. Thanks to Kristian for his help.

We have been very well looked after by Nathan and the staff at Utility Aid for many years. Queries are always quickly answered/dealt with and energy renewals have always been smooth and clearly explained. Webinars have also been helpful and informative.

It was Utility Aid who suggested we might be able to claim overpayment of VAT due to our being a Charity.
They made it easy, and quick, to complete the necessary paperwork to do so. They did all the work, and in a very short time were able to save our Charity a considerable amount which can now go towards the animals we support.

Jasmine has been really helpful with answering all my questions and reminding us to sign the LoA.
