We have been using Utility Aid for several years now and have always been looked after by Jodie-Lee. With the amount of energy brokers cold calling our charity, touting for business, it gives us great peace of mind that we have a 'go to' person we can trust, knowing she will do her very best for us, in a simple, easy to understand way, not trying to bamboozle us with jargon, and pressurised sales techniques. Utility Aid also provide excellent after care, keeping an eye on our accounts and ensuring the charges on our accounts are in line with regulations. I would highly recommend Utility Aid to look after you.

Doris at utility aid worked with our charity to successfully investigate incorrect vat billing on our account. At every step of our investigation she was thorough, solution orientated and proactive in trying to resolve the issue. We had a particularly complicated and lengthy problem that without Doris supporting us we would have been unable to translate and get the correct information we needed to challenge the issue. For charities it is more important than ever to have trustworthy companies to work with, and utility aid have proved just this. Honestly if we could give Doris an award to work ethic & commitment we would!!! Thank you for making a meaningful difference in the world guys!

Utility Aid has helped us over the years to get a favourable price for our gas and electricity. Nathan Jones, in particular, is very helpful and efficient as well as approachable.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Utility Aid.
They helped me collate together all of our water accounts, finding us a much better deal than the renewal quote we’d already received. The whole process was handled really efficiently, from updating all the account information through to getting the contract sorted.

Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They were always quick to respond, kept me updated at every stage, and made what could have been quite a time-consuming process really straightforward.

Excellent communication from Jodie-Lee at Utility Aid, she takes the time to explain all the options in plain English, she was able to answer all my queries, with the added bonus of her complete understanding that the wheels of local government move slowly - and despite this, she still enabled the Parish Council to get the best deal for its electricity needs. This is our second experience using Utility Aid. First time to organise our water supply and now, our electricity. On both occasions, everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. From first point of contact with Jasmine through handover to Alex for the water and William for the electricity contracts - the whole experience was headache free and sorted super quick.
