I think its a little early on for reviews seeming I have not received my first lead yet.

They were helpful in going over the program but until I am fully going in the program the best that I can give is a 4 star. After I get going then we shall see how many stars I give but for today you have a 4 star rating.

The lead I received is a first time homebuyer, which is fine, but it would be nice if your website had some tips for first time homebuyers -- such as talking to a lender to determine the different financing options and letting the homebuyer know what the budget is when looking for a home.

Very Dissatisfied with US HUD promises verbally that they would give me good leads. I got a total of 4 leads since March. The 4 leads I received were not good leads. Lead I got a few days ago the phone number was not a working phone number. Paid $350.00 per month for leads. Very unhappy with this company. As far as I'm concerned they are a scam.
Customer service said I should of called and complained after the 1st month. Really ??? this is the type of company they are running.

I literally just signed up with Tricia yesterday… and I got my first lead last night! I was greeted with a welcome aboard call this morning with Jennifer who wanted to make sure that I knew about the additional services that are included at no charge and to make sure I’m registered. Both ladies seem genuinely interested in my success with the platform. I’m super excited to see what this partnership will bring.

This company is a scam, they are more interested in taking your money than providing qualified leads. Most leads do not realize they have provided their information to this third party seller and either do not respond or believe they are being unwantingly solicited. Cancelled my membership and they charged me anyway even though I had not received a lead in over 30 days. A complete waste of money!

Today, I had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer Asbury from USDHUD as part of my onboarding experience. Jennifer was knowledgeable, welcoming, and thorough in explaining the onboarding process. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood each step, which helped me feel confident and supported. USDHUD appears to be highly organized and committed to providing a smooth onboarding experience. The communication was clear, and the support I received made a positive first impression. It's evident that the team values professionalism and takes onboarding seriously, which sets the tone for long-term success.

The team here was informative, professional, and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions.

Not able to speak with anyone and everything I was told it’s not true as far as leads

Jennifer is a great representative of this company. She was not pushy and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Erika to assist with any local resources I need and connected me with a website partner. I appreciate the website maintenance. I am already receiving leads. Awesome company so far!

So far all is well, hoping to see some business soon.

Scam. Told me the website was included if u read the last two paragraphs it is a lie.

I have felt comfortable in the set-up process and feel that they are transparent and honest. They don't oversell and give clear answers. I really hope that this becomes a long term thing!

I haven't received a lead, but the follow-ups are great!!!!
