The reps who called were kind and helpful. I had a concern with one of the forms to sign and have not received any follow up which is concerning. So far the leads have resulted in zero so I will conservatively say 0/6 so far is not what I expected but realistically online forms that are not vetted by a human to be valid are bound to have many poor results for us. Hoping it gets better.

DO NOT do business with this company! They supply names, not leads! You'd be better off calling random people, who aren't expecting your call...just like the names they provide. When I tried to cancel, Justin - (Member Services Manager) said, "Lets try something different and we'll give you a month for free." If anyone answered the phone, they had no idea why I was calling & had no intention to buy a home. Tried to cancel again and received another month for "free"...same thing. Tried to cancel again and didn't get any response from USHUD. And, I have multiple emails confirming my cancellation! But, they charged by card $350.00! I've left messages with different departments and nobody will call back. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company.

Leads not as promised. Deducting fee from my bank account after I contacted them to discontinue. I did not sign the contract they continually email to me. I will probably have to close out my credit card to keep from any deductions. We are talking about $298 s month.

The company seems great but so far no solid customers. Plenty of leads but no response or call back later and no one answers. No response to email, text, or call. Very dissappointed.

I signed up on March 10 2025 and to date I have only received one lead. I emailed asking if there was a problem and asking why I wasn’t getting leads. They told me they would adjust in some way and maybe increase ads.. That was over a week ago and still not one single lead. I am very disappointed.

Great customer serve and followup!

I was promised ten to fifteen leads a month, and after two weeks, I received zero. I sent an email regarding my concerns and received a call with promises that system modifications were being made and I should start seeing leads. I still received zero leads from USHUD. I feel fortunate I was able to receive a refund.

I would never conduct business with USHUD again or recommend their service to any real estate agent.
