Outstanding personal service. Our urn didn't arrive in time for our trip to Scotland (we ordered it last minute). Darren pulled out all the stops and sent another one (without charge) up to our holiday cottage near Spean Bridge. We've now returned the original. We ordered a solid oak urn, which was beautifully handmade and arrived really quickly. The brass plaque was much larger than expected (a good thing) and really great quality - weighty, nicely engraved and beautifully polished. Despite being a challenging customer, Darren couldn't have done more to help - he responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful. Whilst I hope we don't need to be a returning customer any time soon, I'd wholly recommend Darren and Urns for Ashes to others.
