After 50 years together, losing the love of my life was incredibly hard, and choosing the right memorial very difficult. When I saw the bronze sphere with woodland decoration, I immediately knew it was right.
Darren was so caring and thoughtful, and supported me at every step through the process, answering all my queries swiftly, and even making the additional engraving i wanted possible.
It's beautiful, and everything I hoped it would be.

I’ve ordered several products which include wooden ashes box, brass engraving and glass memorial candles.

For each of the items, the quality is exceptional and the support from Darren through the process, such as explaining dimensions, advising small changes to requests to ensure end quality has been first-rate.

Communication throughout was very helpful, delivery prompt and packaging thoughtful, ensuring the product was not damaged in transit.

Overall, very pleased with the service and end product. The last few months have been particularly tough, so this level of customer care was greatly appreciated.

I received the urn for my husbands ashes today. Buying something this important online. Not being able to see the quality of it first, is always a risk. When it's something this important to all my family, my anxiety was off the charts. When I asked if I could see what the inscription would look like they came back with the writing style within a few minutes. I can't thank you enough. It's super quality, money well spent. Out of stock...but we said we would wait and we paid £235 ..had to chase delivery and was then given a delivery date, the date came and no planter and no comunication so we emailed and were told they were having delivery problems and then given another date and we were told we had been given priority delivery.

Just a cautionary tale don't buy this planter as we went to get a plant on the day of delivery and we saw the exact same planter in our local garden centre for £89... also one of the feet was wonkey..my wife was so upset as it was for her mums ashes...we are going to keep it just on the basis of being a pain to send it back. Specialised planter what a joke.

Since i made this review ,the company have given £145 refund and an apology also suspended the sale of this item... thank you Darren for your promp action .

The quality is excellent and service nice and quick exactly what I wanted as a memorial planter. Would highly recommend this company and the communication is first class.

Exceptional and friendly service, just what you need when you are grieving and you just want everything to go smoothly. I wanted a special Urn for a special dog who meant so much to me. As my dog was a large breed Otterhound, I ordered the ‘Forest’ Bronze Spherical Urn for humans. I had a number of questions and requirements concerning suitability and engraving of the vessel I had chosen and they were all answered promptly. Total time from placing my order to receiving it was exactly 3 weeks. Finally, their after sales service is also excellent. I had further questions about transferring the cremation ashes to the urn and they kindly sent me a suitable bag free of charge. I can not recommend Urns for Ashes highly enough. Thank you.

Company has reached to me after the review on trustpilot. It looks like engraver had a back log of orders due to being away. Two days later I have received my urn. Butterfly urn is beautiful itself! but engraving was not so much. Issue has been resolved and the company has issued us some refund as a token of apology which was very thoughtful of them. So I'm changing rating from 1* to 3*

I'm devastated! It looks like it is a scam! I've ordered from this company on 24th Apr and the first contact was about engravement on 5th May. I made some changes to engravement and accepted it on 8th May. Today is 27th May and I have no urn for my baby, no money and no one is answering me! Not a live chat with Darren, not by email. I don't know what to do.. At a time like this you shouldn't be stressing out like this!

The company were very good in their dealings with me - there was a slight computer hiccup to begin with but they contacted me very quickly and explained. Delivery was extremely fast as they had the item in stock. The product is of excellent quality and just what we were looking for.

I am so happy with the urn I purchased from Urns for Ashes. I bought the large handmade glass sphere in the gold colour and it is even more beautiful than the photographs. I was concerned about the delivery as I do sometimes have problems with couriers but Darren assured me that he would send the urn by my preferred method and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a personal service.

Really fast delivery and a lovely urn that is more sculptural art than anything else which is what I wanted. We may or may not inter it which is why we wanted one that was biodegradable, just in case. Good value too, cheaper than the same one I saw elsewhere.
