I have been looking for an urn that would be suitable for my dad’s ashes as we will be taking them to his favourite place in Greece. I needed something suitable for both the airline and airport security. I found a biodegradable urn with a lid that locks that is perfect. Urns for Ashes have excellent customer service and great quality products.

Really fast delivery, beautiful urn and beautifully made,would highly recommend.

I was looking for a particular urn for my brother which I could not find. Saw company and emailed them with my ideas. They were so helpful with advice and in the making of my customised urn. Over the moon with quality and customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

Urnsforashes provided decent service with good quality urns. The communication was timely, and they offered thoughtful extras like seed bombs. However, some aspects of the experience didn’t feel entirely exceptional. While the urn was fitting for a memorial, I believe there’s room for improvement in meeting expectations more consistently. Overall, an average experience.

The order was easy to place. The delivery was fast and with no problems. The urn looks really good, better than similar style concrete urns from the crematorium and a quarter of the price. And it's biodegradeable👍

Wanted to say a huge thank you to Darren and his team for helping to go beyond good customer service! He helped to organise a custom made urn and gave options for us to pick from to select the one we wanted. As it was for my Dad's ashes it had to be extra special and it really is beautiful. We can't thank you enough :)

After losing my beloved dog, I found the perfect Urn for him from this company. Ordered it as it said a 5-7 day delivery (Order number 86366). Waited 8 days, no delivery. Contacted Darren who said they were waiting for stock to come in - and what a coincidence - the stock arrived the day I emailed to find out where my delivery was. Waited a further 3 days - no delivery!! Contacted Darren to request a refund to be told the my parcel was already dispatched and was with DPD still. Darren refunded the money straight away - no issues there. I did think that it was unusual to give a prompt refund after the parcel had 'already' been dispatched - which is why I don't believe it was!
Long story short - in my time of grieving I was hoping for a nicer and more empathetic experience but felt very let down and disappointed with this company, especially in my vulnerable state of grief.
I think Companies should NOT advertised a product unless they have the item in stock - or at least let the customer know they are awaiting stock so that the individual customer can make a decision on whether they want to wait for it! It has been a very emotional time for me and my family, so I was hoping to have a more empathetic service - especially from a company selling memorable items such as Urns for a loved ones ashes. I wanted something beautiful but discreet for my late husband and came across Urns for Ashes. I'm so glad I did. I bought a beautiful birdbath (he loved birds) which sits in my garden very discreetly - only I know that he is in there! Customer service from Darren was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end, even after my birdbath was delivered. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

When we first ordered the personalised urn for our precious dog we never thought that it would take the time it did, but once we got the first photos of it up until we received it, it is quite clear why the process is not rushed, the workmanship and skill is incredible, the attention to detail is off the scale. I would highly recommend this company they are amazing 🤩

I would highly recommend this company. The urn that I purchased for my wonderful late father, Alfred, is absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do this amazing work of art of this urn justice. I wanted something for my garden so that I could keep my father nearby. He loved my garden and made it his own. It’s just perfect for what I needed. We were not sure what we wanted, stumbled upon urns for ashes, what a blessing. We made a purchase of the bronze heart with the rose and inscription. Our expectations were surpassed! The urn is beautiful and a very fitting memorial for my late Father in Law Mr Rose. We were both extremely pleased with the help provided and the urn itself, in fact it is outstanding. I contacted urns for ashes to get a bespoke grizzly bear urn made. I sent a number of photos that I thought could be used for reference. Darren picked one that we both agreed would work as an urn. I’ve received the urn and it is fantastic, very lifelike and it now contains some of my wife’s ashes. She was always known to me as Bear so I thought it was a nice thing to do.
