I bled heavily when inserting the device and when removing it. It was almost impossible to remove. I did however receive excellent customer service and a refund for the device.

I feel more confident when doing exercises.
However, sometimes it’s a little hard to extract the device. I would suggest a longer end piece or maybe string/cord attached like a tampon?

Amazing customer service. I was well accompanied and can confirm that the company stands to their promise of support and care.

It seems to be working so far, I am really happy with that. It was a little difficult to put in and take out. But perhaps I just needed practice. Thanks

So far I have been extremely happy with my purchase. My surprise leaks have all but stopped and I’m not scared to cough or sneeze or even laugh anymore. I highly recommend trying this great product

( someone with a bit of frontal weight) Not easy to reach and put in and out every day .Hard to believe you cant leave it for 2 or 3 days at a time. Once in, very comfortable .Few times it was difficult to get out but I have very tight internal muscles. Seems to stop leakages.Not sure if after cleaning with warm water and non alergenic soap can you put in a Lumen light sanitizer I use for my cpap equiptment.

This is a game changer for the gym, dancing, or any other time I’m going to be moving or jumping! I ordered the starter pack and felt that I needed the size 2. It was delivered to me with no issue. I am so happy my pelvic floor physiotherapist recommended Uresta to me while I continue to work on my pelvic floor strength!

Received starter kit. 3 is too small, 5 is too big. I think 4 is ok.
Though, I can’t get rid of the feeling of uncomfortableness. Not happy with the product.

It fit horribly and caused so much pain I never tried it again. Worst experience ever, wish there was more information about the product. It’s not one size fits all. I tried the three sizes that’s suggested and nothing felt comfortable. Not satisfied at all. Waste of money tbh.

I’m still adjusting to using Uresta and trying different sizes. It has been a successful process. I had no idea that something so simple could make such a difference. Thanks so much!

Despite the fact that it was my error, Uresta refunded me the total cost! Where can a person get service like that anymore?

Overall, I am pleased with my uresta. I am using the number 4 but find my pelvic floor wants to push it out later in the day, especially with lots of walking. I have a prolapse of one. Should I try the 5 or the 3? The 5 hurt a little when I removed it and I felt it more when in.
Is it normal to push it up and in after every pee? Maybe I am just worried of it slowly popping out as it did one day I was out doing a lot of walking.
I gave a four as I am still figuring things out.

Really hard to remove it. I wish it had a small cord like a tampon to remove it easily. However, the customer service team is very helpful and friendly. Even though the product didn’t work for me, they went out of their ways to help me.

So easy to use and comfortable.

Had to seek medical attention to have this removed. Not an easy achievement if you have dexterity issues. I was 100% reimbursed no questions Customer Support was superior.
