I'm 66 and have struggled with incontinence related to a progressive neuromuscular disease since my early 30's. I feel like I have my life back. I have gone from needing the largest pads available, to a panty liner...and that primarily because I can't get used to the idea that I'm staying dry.
It took the first week to get totally comfortable with it. Their online assistant agreed I probably would be more comfortable with a smaller size and is sending it. She could not have been nicer or more helpful.
Compared to pads this is going to save me literally hundreds of $$$.

I highly recommend trying Uresta. It didn't work for me but it does for many others. The customer service is outstanding. I received replies to my emails in a few minutes. When I requested a refund it was immediately processed. It's worth trying. They stand by their guarantee and there's no hassle getting a refund.

I’m 53 and have been experiencing stress incontinence, as well as sudden urgency for several years. No help with kegels m, bit did have some improvement with medication but stopped that due to increased risk of dementia. I used it today and had a long trip from FL to OH with a plane change - normally i would wear pads, or underwear meant to contain leaks, but did not, just the Uresta. ZERO leaks, not even a tiny bit! Bonus, when i peed it came out in force rather than just kinda “falling out”. this has been an embarrassing and aggravating situation that i just thought i was going to have to live with. I’m so grateful, almost in tears!

I received the kit and was so excited to try it. I started with the smallest size and went for a walk with my dogs. It fell out! I didn't want to carry it on my walk so dropped it in a garbage can. Tried the second size today and it also fell out! When I got home it was in my underwear and let me tell you, that was one uncomfortable walk. I have the large one in right now, am not out walking but just in the house. The handle is already out. These just do not stay up for me. Not to get too personal but my vagina is very small and I am very petite. I am unable to urinate with this one in but the middle size did not work. Would love to get a refund if possible.

I ordered and received the uresta starter kit and quickly realized that because of my anatomy it would not work for me. I emailed support and the response was almost immediate and so helpful. I am receiving a full refund without any hassle or debate. I only wish that every on line company had a support staff like this. Amazing!

I used it for the first time yesterday. It was the first dry day in years. I felt pain with insertion of the middle one in the kit so I used the smallest one. When I went to remove it I could feel the tip but couldn’t get it out. With a little help from hubby it came out. Next I will use the larger size. The one they recommend you start with. What a wonderful product.

I tried this product and unfortunately had a severe allergic reaction to it. However, for company is now ghosting me after I asked for a refund. And there is no way to call and talk to a human? Not good.

I am so glad to have found Uresta. After two kids I had bladder leaks somewhat frequently. I did pelvic floor physio and it helped in most situations but I was definitely not yet leak free. Enter: Uresta. I decided to try it and now I'm completely free to do whatever I want- cough, sneeze, jump- all leak free! This summer I was in a sketch comedy show where I dove to the floor, danced around wildly, and generally acted the fool. I would not have had the confidence to do the show without Uresta.

How cool is this, for women to be able to self-manage their bladder leaks?! I had a great experience! Buy the starter kit, so you can access all sizes. They will ship you a size up or down, or refund you within 30 days of purchase. Such great customer service! Plus you chat with a real person and they even have a support group, which I am learning so much from! Thank you Uresta for giving me my life and confidence back :)

Tried this product and it didn’t work. I gave it many many tries. They won’t refund my money. They say 30 days is past the window but when I bought it, I read that they would refund if I was unsatisfied. I’m so disappointed. 30 days isn’t enough time to determine if if works. What a waste!

I contacted Uresta with the problem I was facing with the product. I could not use it. It was uncomfortable and I was bleeding. Next thing you know they refunded the money I paid for the product. They really stand by their guarantee. Not too many companies would do that

It seemed to work well the first few times that I tried it but now with the largest size from the trial pack, it slips out and becomes uncomfortable while running

The product arrived quickly, was just as described, worked as described and when I discovered I needed a different size ordering was so easy! The other size ordered arrived quickly and was no farther cost! I am more that happy with my experience and would defiantly recommend.

Uncomfortable and doesn’t stop leaks. I tried the suggested starter pack and none of the sizes stop leaks and the two larger ones are uncomfortable to wear.

Very disappointed as I was looking forward to having some level of comfort in my body returned to me.

Je suis satisfaite du résultat. Je crains cependant que l'usage régulier de ce pessaire rende mon plancher pelvien plus paresseux à se contracter naturellement
Aussi je trouve que ce pessaire difficile à retirer. Donc, j'ai perforé la poignée pour y enfiler une boucle avec de la soie dentaire. Cette correction à mon avis serait un avantage
