I wish there was a zero star available. These SCAMMERS do not even deserve one star. I purchased 3 items from them on 3 February last year for 166 American dollars ( around 245 Australian Dollars).

I have not received the items and when I followed up with the Post they said the items were returned to the sender.

I have been following up with them for months now.to get a refund They responded to my first correspondence and asked for the tracking number which I did provide them but they stopped responding to my emails and other contacts made with them via texting to the number provided as well as the contact form on their website. My last contact was yesterday via texting and contact form on the website but they haven’t responded.
BEWARE. They are a total SCAM..

I purchased an Instyler, and it was defective. Customer service asked me to send a video when I emailed them requesting instructions to return the item. I sent a video showing how my old Instyler works and how the one I purchased from them was pulling my hair instead of straightening it. They said I was using it the wrong direction, which is not true since I have had my old Instyler since 2008 using it same way. They also suggested for me to use the old Instyler to do one side and the new one for the other side. I explained that the item was supposed to work, and that it does not make any sense to purchase an Instyler just to be able to do only half of my hair. I kept requesting instructions to return the item. They offered a 20% refund, or to return the item to their warehouse in China. The warehouse would then refund the money once they had received the item. At this point I did not trust this company. I decided to accept the refund since I did not want to keep wasting time and money. I was afraid I would pay for the shipping to China, and that they would say that they never received the product. This company is not trust worthy, and it does not take responsibility for their faulty products.

I purchased a product from this company and it did not work, it was faulty. I emailed the customer service, they only responded once telling me the product is meant to "work over time," I explained that the product did not work when plugged in to begin with to "work over time." They have since not responded after sending three more emails asking for my refund. They are not a good company, do not purchase from here.

This product is amazing. I have been using it for about 18 months. I'm growing out my hair and it is keeping my hair in excellent condition. I received 2 bottles of the shampoo that had leaked. I contacted their customer service and they got back to me immediately. They sent me 2 replacements with no questions asked. I also use this on my granddaughters hair...no tangles...shiny and smooth.

Do not buy. Scammer. They would charge you even if they didn’t mail your order to your shipping address. They would ignore all contacts from you. And if they did reply it would be all lies that stated you did receive the order and therefore you would not be able to get a refund.

If I could give minus one star I would. What a crock...Received the shampoo and conditioner and it was old with very scanty instructions ...then the oil arrived leaking with a pump that doesnt even fit and no instructions are what is in the product ....scam scam scam I should have known when something is usually this good it is usually not true ....what a complete waste of money and time...never again...keep away...

I ordered this product and I never received it when I contacted customer support they gave me a tracking number which no place could verify it and it told me that they had no info in that tracking but then they proceeded to tell me that it was delivered when it was not I have not received my product when I contacted customer support again they basically told me oh well if it’s delivered so nothing we can do I would never ever order from this place again and I would recommend that nobody orders from here it’s a total scam in a ripoff

Very happy with the product after the first use. Made my hair (thin hair type, chest length, prone to split ends) silky, shiny and easy to comb. Very nice smell and the texture makes it easy to apply. It took ca. 10 days to arrive from Hong Kong to Germany with very transparent tracking, being updated on regular basis. It is not giving my hair the shine shown in the ad (but I didn't realistically expect it either), but it does its job very well and significantly better than other more known brands of the same price range.

The worst conditioner, nothing like what they Advertizing, and when you want to return the product , they won’t take it back , what a ripoff!!!

Scam!!! Don’t waist your money!!

Es maravilloso , estoy súper contenta con el resultado, si se usa como debe ser deja el pelo como seda y se me mucho más sano.... obvio no tiene el mismo brillo del anuncio pero si es súper bueno , siento que ah sido una buena inversión y eh obtenido resultados que con muchos otros tratamientos caros no obtuve .

I used to have thick curly hair and after using Urcoolest hair shampoo and conditioner for a couple months. My hair is thin and straight...what happened? It's been a few months since I've stopped using it and my natural hair still h asnt come back :(

Tracking said product was delivered 12 days ago and it has never arrived.

I will wait to see what the company says - if this can be resolved I will delete my review and review the product when I receive it. Otherwise - I can only put one star for now - having ordered 1 month ago and getting incorrect tracking update.

The best conditioner I have ever used. No frizz, no fly aways and super soft. I will never use another conditioner.
