Highly recommend Urban Sunglasses for their great customer service
Ordered Rayban Jackie Ohh to replace a much loved & well worn pair.
Delivery was fast, safe and item was well packaged and as described with manufacturers box & all authenticity certificates. However when I tried both pairs on there seems to have been a slight manufacture update. The seller communication was excellent and I was able to easily return product for free and received a full refund

Sent the wrong frames TWICE
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them a few Months ago. They sent the wrong pair, the pair I ordered then went out of stock. They were very good in apologising, gave a discount code for a future purchase and said that if I order again I should message them to let them know so they can ensure that my order is checked properly at the warehouse to prevent this from happening again. I placed another order last week for the pair I initially ordered a few months ago and have received the same incorrect pair I was sent a couple months ago. Clearly their warehouse is incredibly disorganised

Ordered some ray bans and the company…
Ordered some ray bans and the company sent the wrong pair of sunglasses. When enquiring about returns/refund was asked if I wanted to keep the incorrect item with an additional 15% discount.
Initially this sounds like a good deal but actually did not make me feel like a customer who is valued in any way at all.
If the company genuinely wanted to correct things then offering the same discount on the original item and sending the originally ordered item straight away would be more appropriate and more acceptable.
Just sounds like they are trying to get rid of stock no one wants in a dubious manner.
Still awaiting the outcome of asking for a refund as they offered to send the original item but with no confirmation of timescales for receiving my original item which makes me think they didn't have any in stock when I ordered, hence they sent the wrong item hoping I would accept with the additional "goodwill" discount.
Interesting how goodwill only extends to keeping something you don't want and has no account for the delay and inconvenience ie yet another trip to a post office to return an item sent in error!
Curious if others have experienced anything similar?
Update on this after the response from urban sunglasses on this website. The company actually said they would correct the mistake by sending the ray ban polarised sunglasses I actually ordered and I indeed received a pair of sunglasses the next working day when this was agreed.
Unfortunately they again sent the incorrect pair of sunglasses which I had to return once again at my own Inconvenience for a second time.
It was at this point I had to tell them not to send me any more sunglasses and return my monies asap, which thankfully they did.
Just giving me my refund isn't good customer service. It's my right as a consumer and the very minimum any company should do in these circumstances.
Making the same mistake twice shows a lack of care in my opinion.
It indicates either a severe breakdown in their inventory management, fulfillment automation, or warehouse communication channels. Or perhaps someone just doesn't care, I suppose we will never know.
And interestingly there was no offer of 15 % discount and to keep the items the second time they got it wrong for the inconvenience I had been caused once again. I wouldn't have accepted it but you would have thought as the circumstances were the same as before it would at least be worthy of offering that!
I won't be using this company again and I would advise anyone thinking about doing so to think twice before ordering anything from their website. A really bad experience all round.

Additionally, as stated on our website, our delivery time is 1 business day. This means that the item you select will be delivered to you the next day.
In the end, we issued a full refund, and the funds have now been credited to your account. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We sincerely apologise for the mistake, the delay, and the additional inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we handle situations like this in the future.

A trustworthy site
After the initial order I was informed that the item was out of stock in the uk but it was available at their European wear house but would take 6-9 working days for delivery,unfortunately the item was delayed further by a day in customs .after custom clearance my order appeared on my Royal Mail tracking .my order arrived one day late but it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition
