A perfect online retailer.
I purchased the wrong size of Wayfarers for a gift and had zero problems with the returns procedure; all e-mails were responded to quickly and the replacements sent out with no hassle. The biggest frauds out there.
I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses for £300, and they sent me a pair of fakes.
As a result I did a review on here a few weeks back, they urgently messaged me and told me to take it down via a personal WhatsApp, not a business account. We agreed that as long as they sent a brand new pair of real sunglasses, and a full refund, I would delete the review.
I waited 2 days when they said the sunglasses would arrive, stupidly deleted my review as I got an email confirmation that they had been sent by Royal Mail. I’m now here a month later with a full refund, however no new pair of sunglasses.
Essentially they’re fraudsters that will only give you your money back if you notice and kick up a fuss.

We discovered that the original item sent to you had previously been returned to us by another customer, and we fully acknowledged our mistake. As soon as we became aware of this, we arranged for a brand-new replacement to be sent to you and believed that the issue had been resolved.
However, two months later, you informed us that the replacement had never reached you. Until then, we were not aware that the parcel had been stolen. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we immediately arranged another replacement and made sure the issue was resolved.
We are truly sorry again for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience you experienced. We have taken responsibility for the issues that occurred and believe we have now done everything possible to resolve the matter fully for you.

Fake sunglasses
I purchased Ray-Ban sunglasses from this company, only to discover that they were not genuine.
Initially, I was told the sunglasses were out of stock and that I would have to wait around a week. After 10 days, I chased for an update and was then told they had been dispatched. They arrived the following day.
When I raised the issue regarding the authenticity of the sunglasses, I was given the rather lame excuse that the problem was caused by their supplier. As a customer, that is not an acceptable explanation — the responsibility lies with the retailer to ensure that the products they sell are genuine.
What is even more concerning is that there are numerous other reviews from customers making similar allegations about fake sunglasses being sold.
I would strongly advise potential customers to be very cautious and thoroughly check the authenticity of any designer sunglasses purchased from this company.

Having had many pairs of Erika Rayban's…
Having had many pairs of Erika Rayban's I am very familiar with the look and feel of a genuine pair, unfortunately these were most definitely fakes. First & last order with this company. Do not recommend.
**EDITED**
The reply from the company is not entirely accurate. Whilst they did try to rectify this issue with lots of communication on whatsapp, the 1st pair were 100% fakes. Now this second pair are yet to be verified and whilst a complimentary pair is a nice gesture it should not be felt to be a 'silencer' to remove this review. I reminded them this did not form part of my return for refund & as I wrote this review before any offer of a comp replacement my review remains accurate. In fairness they have refunded swiftly.
Having received a pair of bad fakes I immediately contacted Urban Sunglasses, I was contacted on WhatsApp and advised the 'supplier' had sent out the wrong ones & after a bit of back and forth a refund was agreed with the supplier being blamed. In the interim they had seen this review so I was contacted and as a complimentary gesture was to be sent another pair. They assured me these were a diff supplier & 100% genuine, a new pair did swiftly arrive... a far more genuine looking pair but I am still not completely convinced. They seem confident and have advised me to take them to a Rayban store for verification which I will do.
I have been sent many lengthy messages with apologies but having been asked I kid you not, 7 times to remove this review. This is really a case of the company customer service actually making a situation worse, I asked them after about the 4th request to stop asking me to remove the review and that I would take a view on the edit once the 2nd pair had been verified... despite this the messages kept coming!
Now, whilst this sounds like a good resolution with a refund and comp pair of 'genuine' replacements (in theory), I believe with online orders we really need to be able to trust these review forums and for that reason I have now updated with a full picture.
