We have been working with Universal for the last 3 years and have had a great experience each time. They are thorough, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

I have a very complicated tax situation (that many american accountants have refused to deal with) being a resident of Rome, Italy but from the US (my filing often amounts to more than 120 pages).

For the past 3 years, John and his team have gone to great lengths to assist me always taking my calls and answering my (often complicated) email questions.

I feel confident in using their service for years to come and I feel lucky to have crossed paths with them.

They have managed to turn what is usually one of (if not the largest) "headache" for americans that move abroad into a pleasant stress free experience where I even learn a thing or too from them about international tax law each time we go through the process together.

We have complicated taxes. Two businesses, each operating both in France & the US. Plus, we've got two little kids so not a lot of time.
