NOT A GOVERNMENT WEBSITE!!! All this website does is take your PRIVATE INFORMATION like your social security and all the information you need to destroy someone's life and then fills out the form you can easily fill out YOURSELF and mails it to you for ALMOST $200 and then you still have to pay roughly another $160 for the actual passport.

I submitted personal information and my credit card believing this was an official government site. It is not - it's a third-party service, and that wasn't made clear upfront. When I tried to cancel immediately after realizing the mistake, they offered two discounts before ultimately keeping nearly $30 as a cancellation fee. The lack of transparency is the real issue here. If they were upfront about being a third party, I may have actually used the service willingly.

Also had similar issue. Went to fill out a passport application for our child, website appeared to be authentic government site at first. Application process gave indication that everything would be completed online and processed through the site. Paid fees of $183, assuming this as normal cost to get a passport. Turned out, they just printed out the document, sent me the instructions to set up an appointment and pay the passport fee elsewhere! Basically, they had me pay $183 to print out a document and ship it to me for me to do all the extra work and the fee didn't cover ANY of the actual application fees. Even when requesting a cancelation and refund, I only am getting $72 back, not even half of it back and I still haven't received. When I requested my data be destroyed, they simply responded saying that they cant access the data unless they choose to access it intentionally. So they didn't even follow through with that! This "company" can claim to be legal in whatever ridiculous way they can choose, but at the end of the day they are an outright scam. And they know it! You'll notice how every response they give is never unique or empathetic, but instead its a repeated mechanical response with no care in the world. If they actually wanted to give warning to their "customers" they'd put up banner warnings and pop-ups at the beginning of the pages in an easily to read format that cannot be missed or overlooked.

Total Scam. Go to travel.state.gov to renew your passport. This company provides only the forms that you can get yourself....for $183!!!!
If you've been taken by them, go and call your bank. They don't even take credit cards only debit cards (red flag) so have the charges reversed. ALSO - REPORT THEM TO GOOGLE. Use the three dots next to the ad to file a report.
