Terrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! Unless u want to pay more than double for your passport renewal. I didnt realize that the $180 did not actually include your passport. $180 is just for them to print paperwork with all of the information you fill out online and mail to you for a signature and then send in. It isn't saving time and certainly doesnt save money!

Very professional and efficient service. United Passport helped me prepare all my forms and checked my application for accuracy, which saved me a lot of time and potential headaches. Great communication and excellent support

Unitedpassport this site is valuable and these days is very important. This service should be given preference and should take the advantage. Getting a passport and applying it is very difficult task. Difficult to take out time and follow up for this process is itself irritating. After browsing and noticed their site futures I was thrilled to see this site and many people are I am 100% sure many are expecting it.

This is a scam. They charged my 232 each for both my son and I. $464 total. All they did was print out the form online and mail to me. I could have printed from my home office. Infuriated that I fell for this scam. When I went to the post office for my real passport appointment she said 3 people had been in this week with the same situation. Filed a report with federal trade commission and my bank.

Unfortunately, I was a victim of this scam outlined below.
123 Access Travel Passport working under United Passport LLC purports to be a passport services; however, all they really do, in many cases, is copy information filled out by the consumer through their website for the DS11 form and mail it out to the consumer. The consumer has already filled the form through the website site to receive what they believe to be a legitimate passport service. The website is designed to deceive the consumer and information is not clearly stated. The "service" or reprinting of the application cost upwards to $300. The consumer is sent a print out of what they've already completed online and told to go to the post office to submit additional government fee to actually complete the passport application process. This is not clearly outlined on the website. Worst of all, they have access to your personal information and this website is listed on Travel.State.Gov, under 123 Access Travel Passport, as a registered Courier Company; this creates more confusion as it gives this company credibility. Ironically, they also warn about companies like these. I was shocked to discover this when I realized this company get Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints daily. Why are they allowed to operate with such ambiguity and deception? They do not disclose plainly that, in many instances, they just print out the application the consumer completes online and charge an extremely high fee. Reading reviews and BBB complaints thousands of Americans have been financially hurt by this company and there doesn’t seem to be any oversight.
Once I realized it was a scam. I called to check on the order status which was under someone else's name and email. This prompted me to alert my credit card company; make a police report; and file a claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The good news: they can help you to get a passport. The bad news: It will cost a lot more and possibly take longer. They may be able to help with rush orders, and they do provide assistance with filling out and submitting forms, if you want to pay for it. But it isn't much harder to just use the official government system, and they definitely try to sucker people into using their service instead. If you want or need their help, fine, but just be aware. My wife did her renewal application online with the government, I did mine thru this outfit; she got hers in 24 days, mine took 30 and cost about twice as much.

An absolute SCAM - do not use this company. They steal your PII and charge your $183.50 for printing your application that you fill out and mailing it to you. Which is basically useless as you still have to pay the Dept of State another $180.00 to actually process your passport application.

They are an absolute scam. They represent themselves as a service. Charge $200 for paper to fill out free on State Department website then mail it to you

Scam. First link on google and they pose as a government website. Cancelled within hours and they refunded only a fraction of my money.

This place does NOT renew your passport! They present you with the cost of the passport ($130) + processing fees…JUST to send you the paperwork so that YOU can then send it in and pay another $130! Stay away!

This Company is a total SCAM! They charge you $180 which is exactly what it would cost to apply to the US Government office, all the while you think your paying for your passport application and then you discover you still have to pay $180 on top of that to the passport company. Skip giving them your money and go directly to the government website. It will save you from them stealing extra $180 dollars for doing nothing.

I went to United passport to ask for some help regarding whether I could file for an application for my child who is a minor. Unfortunately, the other parent refused to help apply for the passport. I asked their office if I was able to get a passport if I had final legal authority and they said yes. I took their advice and moved forward with paying $180 for the service. Come to find out I can't actually get a passport for my child because I need the other parents signature regardless. I reached out for a refund because all they did was send me a packet with the form that I could've printed for free online. I dont know what I paid for? $180 for a mailed free passport form that they filled out partially? This is misleading and misrepresenting. Then I have to go back to the passport office and pay another $180? Scam!

Scam thought was an official government site. their tricky service was not as described, Not cover passport application, $180 just for prep docs -trying getting my money back.

100% a scam. I wish I could upload screenshots on this review as the final payment page shows "US Passport Application, processing time choice (4-6 weeks was mine), passport pages (28 or 52 pages), passport book or card - then payment information. Unless you DIG into the website, you will not find anything that rebuts you are paying for a Passport - in fact, ON THEIR website, under "Why is there a service fee?" it says "We are authorized by the U.S. Department of State to expedite passport applications. Our fee covers the immediate handling and processing of your passport, avoiding the typical 4–6 week wait through the Post Office. We manage the process fully and can return your passport or visa in hours instead of weeks." - WE!!! RETURN YOUR PASSPORT IN HOURS INSTEAD OF WEEKS. (don't worry, I took a screenshot of that in case you see your mistake and want to delete it United Passports!!

Even the confirmation email shows Service: New Passport, mail to info, schedule your appointment instructions. I had ZERO alarm bells until I received the package with a form I could've filled out in seconds, a photo I DID take in seconds and an instruction "how to get your passport" list.

When I reached out through chat on their website and also through email regarding a refund....CRICKETS!!!

Definitely a shame on me moment, but certainly a shame on them moment!! Scams don't normally get me, but this one did.
