Torn dress when arrived. I have asked customer service THREE TIMES for a return label as I want my money back. I have yet to hear from them. Do NOT shop here!

I would give them a zero if I could they have took 2 payments out of my account instead of one I haven’t received any which were the Harry Potter advent calendar so not cheap take it from me BUY NOTHING FROM THERE WEBSITE ITS A SCAM it should be against the law what these people are doing

my order number (#53313)The dress was to be 100% cotton or cottob and poly. It was a cheap poly and looks like something you would buy and a drug store.. UGLY do not shop here when I received the product the sleeves were way too tight.i wanted to return the dress i sent an email to the company got no reply to it then i did google about this company and i found the company number which is 919241-5662)and my order number (#53313)was able to get in touch with customer service and they help me out to return the dress for a refund and i did received a refund on my order not purchase from this company.will never shop from this site again!I

I ordered an $88 skirt several weeks in advance to make sure it would arrive well in time for a big event. But then I just never received it or heard anything about where it was even after reaching out to Unique Vintage multiple times. I continued to receive no reply from UV, but then on my third attempt to contact them, was told the skirt was never in stock in the first place.

Since getting this news took a few weeks, I was down to the wire in terms of time before my event. But then I had the idea to call back again and ask if a larger size was still in stock. I was glad to hear it was! UV then Fedex Ground shipped it to me in hope of still getting it to me in time. I was thrilled to see the skirt came just in time, but...

It wasn't even the skirt I ordered. Thier fix to their first mistake was sending the wrong product.

I was completely out of time and out of luck. I then had to go through the rigamarole of sending back the wrong skirt. It was made of cheap, coarse taffeta-like fabric. Sort of like a discount costume material.

Store credit (as opposed to a refund) was pushed on me. I was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase though, so I could enjoy the process all over again. :)

$88 skirts are kind of a big splurge for me, so I assumed the material quality and customer service would reflect the higher price. It was more like dealing with a fly-by-night, discount knockoff shop.

All around awful- I think they use the old pony express for shipping because it takes a VERY long time to arrive, and then after you’ve paid several hundred dollars for two or three items that you assume will be high quality, you open your bag to find some cheap items you could have ordered from China- maybe they are from China and that’s why it takes so long, not sure- but also I’m pretty sure the customer service is a bot.

I have decided to rate 5 stars, this was for the customer service I received.
Firstly I was charged £11.50 for shipping due to an error on there website, which should of been £0due to the amount I spent. I contacted the company and with no hesitation and realising the error they refunded that .
I received 2 dresses, both stunning. However one had missing sequins and the other was very large. I forwarded photo proof of measurements showing how many inches bigger one size 14 dress was to the other size 14 dress.
I wanted to return them at no cost to myself. Sylvie replied very quickly and told me to keep the items , sell them, donate them and they will refund me in full. Perhaps this is down to the shipping costs to return to the USA.
The refund was completed straight away. Although I didnt get the dresses I hoped for the customer service from Sylvie has been fantastic. Simply amazing!

Very satisfied with the shoes I ordered. They offer plenty of room in the toes, which I really like. Customer service was excellent. However, they did take quite a long time to arrive.

Terrible customer service. No confirmation emails even when the payment goes through. No response from the customer service. Will never order from them.

I ordered a dress for the holiday and was sent the wrong size. The size I had ordered sold out while I was waiting on my order and I was told that I can get a refund or the next size up. I asked if I could be sent a different color in my desired size and if they could comp overnight shipping so I could have it for my event. They said that they wouldn’t do that and that they could give me free shipping one step up from one I originally ordered. Since I used a discount coupon though, I’d have to forfeit the discount since you apparently can’t have that and free shipping. All of this even though they screwed up and I don’t have the dress for my event. Worst policies ever and I won’t be shopping there again for a severe lack of valuing their customers.

Bought a pair of shoes that happened to be too big for me - did an easy exchange via email with the company and within days I will have the correct size. They gave me a return label to send back and even shipped out my order express as that's what I paid for my original wrong sized item. Thanks !

i love the products and customer service are mostly friendly and approachable. the inly reason i can't give a 5 star is that return process is alittle messy and you don't get a clear return notification of when and what you're being refunded for and no order number!!

Very, very poor quality and not as advertised !!!!!!!!!!Clothes fit small and are very poorly made. !!!!!!!!!!!!The clothes are so poorly made and are not represented honestly. What you get will not be the same as what you think you are ordering. Im in the process of returning 3/4 items I bought, I am in getting my money back manage dto get their help number isand i contacted the company and they refund me the 90% of the whole order money !!!!!!!!!!!Horrible quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE HORRIBLE QUALITY ITEM

Horrible customer service and they charge restocking fees even on damaged items. Very dissatisfying and rude customer service. They lost a long time customer. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this website over the years and now no more.

I was thrilled to have such a wonderful on-line shopping experience at Unique Vintage! I was looking for vintage one piece swimsuits and found a huge selection. There were so many cute suits that I couldn't decide and I ordered four of them! By subscribing to the newsletter I also received a percentage off of my first order which is great. I had questions about my order and emailed customer support. I received a response in a very timely manner from Sylvie who answered my questions and provided good information. She was very personable and kind! She made me feel valued as a customer! I like that UV has a customer rewards program, too. It's nice to receive an incentive for shopping. I'm going to be exploring the site for other unique items. A huge THANK YOU to Unique Vintage for a great experience and I look forward to shopping with you again!

I recently found this shop and decided to givet it a try. I ordered a couple of items. I was aware that it might take a longer time than usual to deliver the items - due to covid-19. After more than one month I get a standard mail which tells me that two items are out of stock.

I understand that those kind of things can happen, but honestly I'm quite disappointed that the items was available to order online from the first place when they are out of stock. I wouldn't have made this order if I knew it wasn't possible to get these particular items. I feel kind of cheated and won't buy here again.

I just discovered this brand a few months ago, and I am in love! Their dresses fit true to size, are high quality, and most have pockets! I feel like a princess when I wear them. I have really high standards when it comes to my clothes, and these dresses do not disappoint. I now own 15 dresses from UV and I haven't had any issues.
On a recent order, they did send me the wrong size petticoat in error. Because I'm in Canada and they are in the USA, it wasn't a straightforward return process. I asked how they could help pay for the shipping back since the error was made on their end.
To my surprise, they immediately refunded me the cost of the petticoat! I was then told that the incorrect size was mine to give away if I chose and I could then order the correct size again. The decision they made saved me so much hassle, and it meant I could immediately order the petticoat I needed instead of waiting for the return. I already loved this brand, and now I'm extra happy with their customer service!
