Really good experience. Everything I ordered was there and it was delivered to my dorm by staff. The cover is nice and soft. My bathroom robe is big and comfortable. I approve

Outstanding customer service despite product issues
I previously left a 1-star review, but I'd like to update it. I did received the wrong bedding and was disappointed with its quality. However, the customer service team at UniKitOut truly went above and beyond. They offered me a full refund and the option to resend a different product (which I declined, as I had already purchased replacements). Special thanks to Emma and Sarah for their help—your support made a big difference!

Lovely customer service but disappointing quality
The communication and helpfulness of the customer service team was outstanding and I am very grateful for all their assistance with getting my order in time for my arrival. Unfortunately the bedding itself has been quite disappointing. I did get the standard pack so I wasn't expecting amazing quality or anything but it is quite low quality, especially for the price paid. I found it very uncomfortable and ended up having to buy different bedding elsewhere. Again, the customer service can't be praised enough they were so lovely, unfortunately it was just the product that was a let down.

Well everything was really great
Well everything was really great! But the pans and the utensils aren’t nonstick! I did though that it were nonstick but sadly I was disappointed by that one thing! Other than that it was good.
