Problems in kitchen kit delivery
I ordered a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom kit when I moved to my student residence. When I arrived, I had received the bedroom and bathroom kits but not the kitchen one. I had to order it again and it took them 1 week to send it. At least they didn't make me pay for it again. Also they sent the kitchen kit to the residence next door, not to the one I am staying in (its managed by the same company so that was not a problem, but carrying the kitchen kit from one place to another was uncomfortable).

Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, as we always aim to provide a smooth delivery, especially during move in periods.
Our records (including courier proof of delivery) show that all items were delivered together to your residence on 19th September. As I mentioned in our email correspondence at the time, as your accommodation regularly receives multiple deliveries from our service, parcels are often handled internally or placed in shared areas, and unfortunately it appears your kitchen kit may have been taken in error after delivery.
As soon as you contacted us on 22nd September, we investigated immediately and arranged a free of charge replacement, which was delivered 26th September to minimise disruption. We’re glad we were able to resolve this for you, although we appreciate that having to collect the replacement from a nearby residence wasn’t ideal.
We do take all feedback seriously, and while this situation was outside of our direct control, we’re continuously working with our delivery partners and accommodation sites to help prevent similar issues in future.

Could be Better
I liked the delivery and the materials. Two issues were that I only got one pillow instead of two. But did get 2 pillow cases. 2nd, The duvet cover and the duvet were a mismatch. Duvet was single but the cover was for a double. Bedsheet were smaller but thats just the accommodation not Unikitout’s fault, cause I did order single but I saw the bed was neither single nor double, somewhere in between.

From your description, it sounds like your bed is a small double, which is slightly bigger than a single but smaller than a standard double. On our website, these are listed as “three quarter” beds.
