Really great service, very easy if you left it a bit last minute like we did 😂
Only thing I would say is that it would be great to have more customisable options... change this for that, or upgrade certain things, other than that perfect thank you!

Ideal for foreigners
Coming from abroad it was difficult to bring stuff from home. All the essentials were there . I didnt have to think beforehand. Unikit saved me time and hussle to shop around for these things.

Great service, product quality okay
The service was great, however, the quality of the products was not quite as high as expected. I bought a blanket, pillow, and sheets, and within less than three months several threads of the blanket have become lose. Everything is still functional though.

Bedding and Kitchen items
The bedding, lamp, bedrrom items were good quality and very nice. The cooking pans burnt on the induction and had to be thrown away and the pot was much smaller in person compared to the images online.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the pans. Just to clarify, the pans you purchased were from our end of line collection and were labelled online as not suitable for induction hobs/non-induction. This may explain the difficulties you encountered while cooking.

The quality was good but i think as a uni student even the standard kits missed out ok some basics while other things were necessary. missing plates and glasses but you did get shampoo and shower gel as well as sponge and dish soap.

I’m really sorry to hear that you were not happy with the contents of your kit. I completely understand how that must have been frustrating. I’d like to clarify that, as outlined in our email correspondence back in September, our kits were available with either 2 or 4 crockery sets, as well as an essentials only option without crockery. The kit you ordered was the essentials only option, which is why no crockery was included in your delivery.

Our packaging is designed to protect items during transit, although the occasional bowl does seem determined to test the limits of courier handling. We also try to avoid excessive packaging as part of our commitment to sustainability.
I've not come across a message from you about the damaged crockery, which is a shame as we’d love the chance to resolve this and possibly rescue that 2-star rating while we’re at it. If you’d like to get in touch, our customer care team is always happy to help at sales@unikitout.com.
