Ive placed an order for the unicorn…
Ive placed an order for the unicorn bundle on August 30. I’ve reached out to their IG to get an update status, they told me to send email smh I’ve sent multiple emails and I only got 1 email back saying that my order should be commence early this week (mind you, I’ve placed an order on Aug 30) so. I responded right away to cancel my order and I haven’t heard anything back from them. Very disappointed and customer service has been terrible!!
If I can post pics of my screenshots when I reached out to them I would!! Very unprofessional customer service!!
