Ive placed an order for the unicorn…

Ive placed an order for the unicorn bundle on August 30. I’ve reached out to their IG to get an update status, they told me to send email smh I’ve sent multiple emails and I only got 1 email back saying that my order should be commence early this week (mind you, I’ve placed an order on Aug 30) so. I responded right away to cancel my order and I haven’t heard anything back from them. Very disappointed and customer service has been terrible!!

If I can post pics of my screenshots when I reached out to them I would!! Very unprofessional customer service!!

Amazing service & great products!

I absolutely love Unicorn Superfoods products! I received my order in a timely manner and the service was amazing. I ordered the functional blends and couple of the superfoods and have been using them daily. The powders mix so well with water and taste delicious. They have helped me so much already and I will continue buying from this company. Highly recommend!

Apparently I am the fraud risk by they have my money and I have no order!

I ordered on Aug 28th and after my second email trying to find out where the order I paid express shipping is I get told they have flagged me as a fraud risk! They have then asked me for photo ID! What the heck they have my money! I should be the one worried about fraud! I have never come across anything like this when online shopping!
I have several neurological disabilities and cannot drive so I can't give then photo ID.
Should be Interesting to see how they respond but I won't be shopping here again.

The wait time is 100 years...Dont Do It!

I waited well over a month with STILL no product. From what ive been told and what ive read, this not a trustful company and is quick to take your money but NOT quick to give you what you paid for. They have excuses galore. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. That's what I did!

One of the worst companies i've used.

The worst customer experience

The worst customer experience. Their package was not sealed and the spirulina powder exploded as I opened the delivery packaging. Stained my rug. They company never apologized or replaced it. I had to fight for my refund with PayPal. It’s too bad because their products are unique.

Because of your company staff mistake or may be yourself mistake. My parcel is on hold in DHL India.

My Actual order amount is near 78 AUD. why did you guys wrote only 15 AUD on parcel ?

It’s been more than 2 weeks and everyday I am chasing you guys for solution. No one replying properly. Only asking me to wait for more time.

Product I ordered for my newly opened coffee shop. And you guys failed to deliver on time.

Everything's great

Shipped in a timely manner, and was received in under 2 weeks from Australia to Canada. Everything packaged well. Thank you. I can't wait to experiment 😊
A lot of these negative reviews have me baffled. Purchases made during the height of the pandemic are OF COURSE GOING TO TAKE LONGER to ship, what do people expect??? Not getting your item in under 2 weeks, from Australia??? People need to chill, lol.

"Customer Service" is a SCAM too!

ZERO, ZERO, ZERO! I post a poor review a few months back. They posted the standard, whimpy, canned reply about how sorry they were I wasn't satisfied, etc. and to email them to fix it. I did so and again, NOTHING!
11/25/2023 - Still NOTHING. When I placed this order 08/22 it was no longer the height of the pandemic. And I never expected my order "in 2 weeks" I will keep reviewing this scam company until it goes out of business!

Do not buy - they will take your money & wont ship anything out

The worst customer service / scam ever. Honestly do not buy from this website, I’ve never wrote a review before but feel like this is needed as they’re scammers.
I placed an order 7/07/2022 and even paid extra for express shipping (I’m based in Brisbane & there HQ is in Gold Coast)
The money came out of my account straight away & I received my order confirmation which was great, but weeks went past & my order still hasn’t been shipped and I’ve heard nothing from them. Completed the contact form on their website & even emailed them asking for a refund and still nothing.
Do not order from this site. You won’t receive your item & they won’t refund or reply either.

I bought a unicorn superfoods milk…

I bought a unicorn superfoods milk frother $26.95 on 18th May 2022. I have heard nothing back from Unicorn Superfood saying whether the milk frother is on its way. But the money has been taken from my account.
I sent an email Wednesday 25th May. I received a reply on 26th saying you would get back to me. But I have heard nothing. So I replied to that email to Jared - the email address doesn't exist.
I have received no reply and no milk frother and the money has been taken from my account - this is a scam
I will be writing to you every day to remind you
Please would someone from this company reply to me and tell me what happened
You don't deserve even one star but that wasnt an option.

Terrible and Unreliable - will not purchase again

Terrible customer service. My package hasn't arrived in over a month, and it seems that there was an issue with the carrier. I attempted to connect with the carrier to understand what has happened, but they just said it had to be sent back to the sender, that that's the only information they have.

So I contacted Unicorn Superfoods via email first. Sarah. Who told me to go take it up with my carrier. Well, I did, that's why I'm reaching out to them. Isn't the onus on the sending company to figure the issue out? She said that I'd have to make an attempt at contacting USPS first. I did! That's why I'm reaching out to them! Additionally, this is a logistics issue that the company should be looking into themselves, but they simply said they would have to raise it with Australia post.

So I decided to give up and just get my refund. They refuse to give me a refund until they get the package back. Wow. That's out of my hands whether you get the package back. Why don't you raise an issue with Australia post?

Net net, I'm working with my credit card fraud department to get a refund. I've ordered from this company once before and the product is just fine. But when you're not the only provider of blue spirulina or butterfly pea powder, and you provide unreliable service, you're simply not worth the trouble.

I hope they go out of business. Seriously not worth it.

Very unprofessional

When I ordered from this website I didn’t know I would have this much problem when receiving my package. Firstly there’s no number if you need to solve something fast and if you fill out the contact us form they are never gonna reply because until this day they didn’t same goes for Facebook... Instagram is bit better but they will still not chat with you only reply once a day .... secondly the person I chatted with (Layla) was very unprofessional didn’t read what I have said at all completely ignored what I have wrote and instead of solving my problem by calling the post office she blamed it on me that this is all my fault however when I personally went and distributed all of my neighbors and got my package then Layla wrote: “ our system normally accepts the shipping address entered at checkout, however it may have auto populated your address to 79 instead of the full address. “ so at first she blamed it on me but when it’s all okay then she says yes it’s our website.... and thirdly I asked to speak to a supervisor which didn’t happened but instead she gave me an email address where I should write an official complaint which is never gonna happen since I already tried to communicate through the email with no response so I wouldn’t be surprised if this complaint wouldn’t even see the light of the day .... at the end I got my package but after being treated so unfairly I am going to pursue this in multiple places.

I made my order in March 2020 and it never came to me. It is now more than 1 year that I ordered it and I’m still waiting. Unfortunately no money and no products. It’s really sad because I needed for work and It never came. I asked help but they said it was in my country already and it never arrived at home. It’s been more than 1 year. Horrible service! I really wanted the products but I can’t trust a company that leave me this way so I can’t trust again. It’s sad

Very Disappointing

I ordered the Matcha powder and Ocean Blend powders and was so excited to try them. Unfortunately, both products were very disappointing. They did not dissolve, no matter how long I stirred and whisked for, and had the worst smell that filled the whole house for ages. I've been drinking matcha teas for a long time, and know that this is not what they are meant to taste, smell or look like. Customer service was not awfully helpful either. Unfortunately won't be buying again.
