I bought a lost luggage suitcase. I had no other expectation than it might be fun and exciting to see what’s been found in a random suitcase. This wasn’t a random suitcase. It’s orchestrated and manipulated so that you get nothing but odd size clothing with two childrens books thrown in?? A lost suitcase would include toiletries, adapter plugs, clothing of same size etc. Anything of value has been removed by them. It’s nothing more than jumble clothing. Avoid undelivrd and don’t make them rich. It’s a scam. Their website is lies and misleading.

I bought a parcel of ten courier returns. Only nine parcels arrived! Two were exactly the same, a single plug, and three others were exactly the same small cake boxes!! Out of nine parcels five were duplicates and add that to a screw and washer, and a cover this is definitely not worth buying. I only have this one review as I couldn’t give it zero.

All parcels had made in China on, paid £106 Inc delivery. They sent me 9 items

Some weird electrical connector
A weird overcoat cotton thing for arabs
A coat with a brand I've never heard of, shein
A jumper with love hearts small
Another weird electrical item looks cheap
A juicer doesn't seem to have a brand
A weird wig for a midget

It just seems that they are packaging their own items. Dodgy AF avoid avoid avoid.

They send the package so fast you can't change your mind, bet they were glad to get rid of that TAT.

OH AND I PAID FOR 10 PARCELS NOT 9.

While I understood the nature of the unclaimed parcels that would be included, I couldn't have foreseen just how much garbage would be included.

Purchased a box of 10 packages for £100 and was presented with a box of packages of which most were ebay returns to the same address, several pairs of shein shoes and some unbranded cheap cotton overalls. Some parcels contained addresses/return addresses (which is almost certainly a data breach), and every package had been opened, leading me to believe that this service is not as random as it should be, and the expectation that all the quality items have already been removed.

Didn't expect much, and was still disappointed. Bare that in mind if you decide to purchase.

If I could give no stars I would! It’s a scam. Dont get me wrong i got the delivery, but it was all mixed sizes so clearly not from one individual who unfortunately lost their baggage. And just a jumble sale of clothes, if it was not a scam most 23kg luggage’s would include say toiletries (which I would have thrown obviously) maybe plugs or suncream etc but this was literally just a jumble sale of rubbish clothes do not buy this at ALL. The only thing you could make do with would be the suitcase I don’t know how they’ve not been shut down for just complete lies!

Should have read reviews first, I thought I would have at least had an OK suitcase even if the contents were rubbish... Nope! Few dirty clothes and pack of adult nappies, didn't even try to make it look believable. Great if you have money to burn and a better sense of humour than me!

Paid 99.00 and I got the most stupid items like tinsel, I mean honestly what a scam, all of the parcels have been opened and repacked so they know to send you rubbish that's not worth the 99.00 pounds , definitely would not recommend, do not waste u r money like I did

What a massive waste of money!! Most of the packages were ripped open, obviously someone having a look to see if anything decent is inside. Seemed to have the same return address to china on alot of them. Load of tat. DO NOT fall for it like I did!! £106 gone, for what!!! I actually feel ashamed of myself.

Total scam - no way the suitcase they sent was an actual person's left luggage.. they just get a bulk load of second hand cheap clothing whack it in a cheap second hand suitcase and sell it on..

This is a barefaced scam.

Paid for 3 x 10 "undelivered" packages.
Received 1 x 10 5 of which had the same return label address in China, 3 of which were identical

Postage was £25 for 13KG - true weight 3KG

Same guy is running another scammy business called Mystery Away Days

I will be issuing a chargeback on my CC and/or pursuing a Small Claim.

Liam and Ashley who own this business would be wiser to better hide their identities if they wish to keep scamming people.

Total scam, clearly packaged up a bunch of cheap shein goods as “returned” or whatever, these have been nowhere. As for the “lost luggage” (yes I was dumb enough to try twice), it was definitely not anyone’s travel bag, just a load of tat in a worn bag. How they are still getting away with it I have no idea, AVOID!!!

I didn't want to give any stars these are an absolute scam.
Nothing real about the company.
They send you a selection of Chinese made garbage which is worthless.
All gone in the bin, £100 down the drain.

It's not items which haven't been delivered etc, it's all fresh packaging from China.
I've reported them to trading standards as they are clearly falsely advertising what they do.

The good reviews are made up so do not look at these!!

Advertised as unopened suitcase, mine had a label on with ‘women’s and kids clothing’ empty toiletry bag, a large pillow - clearly not a suitcase that belonged to someone , even the case itself came from Temu which I expect is what they do, but cheapo cases, fill them with crap they find at and charge us £80 for them

Please don't waste your money! Paid £100 for 10 item amazon returns box. Thought £10 an item was risk to take if items average out. Arrived with only 7 items inside. 1 spanish talking kids toy, 1 spanish board game and 2 other completely broken toys. Tried to email and contact on social media about only receiving 7 items and have had no response from either contact.

It’s a scam. The suitcase looked odd as soon as I unpacked it I realised it was going to be a bad surprise. Old suitcase with broken zips, random ripped and smelly clothes, a plastic sheet. Definitely not a traveler suitcase but some random charity clothes throw in there by someone who’s making hella load of money from this huge scam.

Like the rest I should have checked the reviews, skimpy swimsuits to XL summer dresses, proving the case has been tampered with by whoever sold it. I'm thinking about making my own business selling tat 'from Birmingham Airport'

Don't waste your money - this is a total scam. All that was in the large suitcase I received, was pants and socks and two shirts. Why would anyone ever check that in? The massive suitcase had clearly stripped tof anything else that would have been in it. No toiletries, no shoes, no other trousers or shorts. What a rip off - don't make the same mistake I did.

Bought a £99 Amazon returns box with £131.76 worth goods inside if bought directly from Amazon today. Details state unchecked and may be missing pieces.
- 2 crayola colour in unicorns (£6.99 each on amazon) very damaged packing
- Marvel trading cards (£29.99 on amazon) slight battered box
- generic brand laptop stand (£17 on amazon) battered box
- Disney puzzle for 2 year olds with a piece missing (£8.62 on Amazon)
- Polly Pocket set (£26.33 on Amazon) slightly battered box
- Generic brand galaxy projector night light (£15.33 on amazon)
- Elf Lotto game (£6 on Amazon, ripped box)
- Pop! Funko Robin figurine (£10.50 Amazon, damaged box)
- Pop the pig family game (£17.99 on Amazon, very damaged box)
Total if bought directly from Amazon £131.76

Difference being I could probably resell and be left with more money than trying to recoup money in these items as the condition of the packaging would be better. Nothing I would keep for my family and difficult to give as gifts as packaging is in poor condition.

If purchasing for fun worth the gamble but not if you don’t have money to lose. Lesson learnt!
