Ordered 3 parcels only 1 arrived, value of the first one was very low comparing the cost of purchase we could say not even 1/3rd of the price. Definitely do not recommend and it's not worth for the buyer! On the other hand seller did make a great profit from my purchase! I hope people will review trust-pilot before purchasing.

Parcels, all but 2 Shein returns. Several items faulty so not even fit to resell on a boot sale.

Luggage, basically the contents of a charity shop, stuffed inside a carry on suitcase. Also a handwritten tag detailing what was inside the luggage.

Scuffed to f*%£ luggage, may get £30 for it, if I'm lucky.

What a load of crap 💩 not even fit for the charity shop, save your money and give it to a worthwhile cause instead.

This company purchase suitcases then remove anything of value. They then fill it with crap that looks like it could belong to one person, but get it wrong, as the contents do not make sense to a person with modicum of intelligence. I say a modicum, as I was the one stupid enough to make a purchase without doing my homework - lesson learnt!!
I have since established that the only way to get a suitcase that could provide fruitful rewards is at auction.
Even the 5-7 day delivery is a lie - 10 days later….
I am not a competitor - that is also a lie.

Spent over a 100 pound for 10 items told it will be 5 to 7 working days I’m now 3 weeks waiting, 3 emails and no response and yeah wish I had read the reviews first this is a total 100% con.

Item never came. They claim they sent it but have had nothing. Won't give me a refund and have been very hard to get hold off.

This is a scam. Don't trust them. From what I've seen online if you receive something it's all rubbish anyway.

If I could give -1 I would. In May I paid for a suitcase and 10 parcels undelivered. The suitcase arrived two weeks or so later, it had nothing but rubbish in it, so that went straight into the bin.

I have been waiting for the 10 parcels, they never arrived, I contacted them on 2nd July, on 3rd July, they said they would look into it. I have since sent around four emails asking for a refund and I have received no response. Its a scam, dont waste your money. Absolutely disgusting, they should be investigated as a scam company.

The biggest rip off ever. Your trying to tell me every parcel that gets undelivered is from China and worth a £2 and seems to be re wrapped in the same packaging stay well clear total rip off. I might as well put my wallet in the bin.with the rest of the crap that got sent

Absolute waste of money. You will just get a suitcase of second hand clothes. These cases (IF they are genuine lost cases) have already been through by either airport staff or undelivrd staff. I consider this to be a fraud of sorts but you take your chance. Please do your research before purchasing as you will NOT get a response from undelivrd if you complain. Also my bag was meant to be from Heathrow but had Crewe on it?? No idea….

I ordered Undelivered Courier Parcels £99.99, not undelivered parcels at all. None of them have address labels on. They’ve all been opened already. Plus IT WAS ALL SHEIN CRAP.

2 pairs of shoes, tops, dresses, bikini tops and a cable.

I feel very misled! I understand it’s a mystery/pot luck but this is not a box of undelivered courier packages. This is a box of separate Shein packages from a massive Shein order.

Massive scam.

A total SCAM! Bought a box of so called lost packages for £99. Took a week to deliver and when I opened it, EVERY package had been opened to see what was inside and all it contained was crap clothing items from SHEIN. Total value of all the items brand new was £30 and they 100% knew what was in the box before they sent it out. They say they are opened to remove gdpr items but half of them still have the original sender's details in the packages. Absolute SCAM!!!! BEWARE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Completely a scam my mum bought one and it was a small suitcase with 4 school blazers and 1 pair of shoes funny think is all 4 blazers were for 4 different school what a waste of £90 don't buy

Bought a suitcase from them to check it out. Gladly they by accident delivered me also that 10 x unclaimed parcel package too which I never ordered. People, it’s an ultimate scam. I received my suitcase, the stuff put in there was cheap crap, literally 4 x XL mens shirts, one underwear, one pair of socks. Only 1/3 of suitcase filled (this was hand luggage, no one does it when preparing for a flight). No toiletries, no any other normal Items a person would normally pack in. It felt like someone have opened the suitcase and filled it with whatever happened to be in hand, as long as it looks for 40 % believable It works. The other package with 10x unclaimed packages full with crap - lots of Chinese items, all worthless, no brand whatsoever and random sizes. a pack of bulbs, 2 packages from shein that costs nothing. One blood pressure reader and size 43 white cowboy boots (chinese) . It all felt like a joke! I get a feeling someone is just buying these things and just filling them in as they need for whatever cheap expense they can. Please, do not waste your money on this one, it is not worth it, you won’t be able to claim anything back and neither you will find anything worthy to be sold. Note, isn’t it funny on their webpage now you can buy 50x second hand clothing box? I bet that’s the clothing they fill in their suitcases with. Stay away and don’t bother, there are better auctions out there, these scammers will have their business turned down soon enough.

I purchased Amazon Returns website states 10 different parcels may be damaged or broken packages.
Well all the same category of toys all broken no value whatsoever even though it states resell £9.99 when I added value of items sent £45 not even the value of my box and the best bit not even a mystery box a staff member actually picked this for me this and I wouldnt even get car boot prices then again I wouldn't embarrass myself.
Company must be laughing all the way to the bank conning people I still have all the parcels to return.
I have emailed waste of time reply once with a blah blah reply .
I have been in touch with my bank trying for a refund next stop trading standards .
Everything on their website is misleading none of it a true representation of what you receive .

Avoid!!! DO NOT waste your money it’s a total scam. Paid neatly £100 for a case which was only about a third full. It was just a load of rubbish. Clearly not a lost persons luggage. It looks like they go down the local tip and fill cases with any junk they find and sell it on. Why would anyone take 3 odd trainers in different styles and sizes on holiday??? So not even a pair. Also an old bedsheet , a pair of tracksuit bottoms which were full of paint and 2 pairs of socks. There was a plastic carrier bag with nail polish and a few bits of used make up in.
Emailed requesting a refund as clearly nothing is fit for purpose and haven’t had a response. Even the case had a big crack in it. All going in the bin.

This is a total rip off….this suitcase had been gone through, anything of value removed and actually labelled women’s clothes
Absolutely shocking experience

Totally agree with other reviews.

I had checked the reviews before purchasing so my expectations weren't high. However, the 'lost' cases are one of the cheapest items on the site so was my best barometer of whether to consider the more expensive parcels and pallet options.

The suitcase received did not seem like a particularly well thought through experience for the holiday makers! Even taking into account splitting clothes across different suitcases for a family, this case would have struggled to contribute anything useful.

The mixed jumble of clothes in the case supports other reviews stating that these are staged and are not what they are advertised as. I certainly don't think they are shipped as they might once have been packed.

I imagine Undeliverd will end up being a short term business unless the product matches what it is advertised as. It's a pity because if the case had been as described then I might have ordered some of the other offerings on the site but this is a one and done for me.

Giving this a low score, but I will be clear in that I knew this is likely not to be genuine when I purchased the case.
Arrived quickly (like literally 2 days later) and when I opened the plastic is is clear the case has been opened already. Within is a miss match of old clothes, shoes and weird bags. The smaller bags look like the ones you’d keep valuables in. The cloths are different genders and ages (baby cloths, lingerie, men’s jeans) all used.
I’d say that the cases clearly have been staged or at least scanned and searched already. Other than some glasses and some deodorant, it’s like a cloths recycling point.
So, disappointed but not surprised. I’ll just been recycling all the cloths at a recycling point, ditched the case which has had the lock drilled, and discarding anything that can’t be recycled.
I’d avoid if you don’t wanna waste your 80 quid!
