Had a couple of issues with my Samsung…

Had a couple of issues with my Samsung refrigerator which Ali handled quickly as well as cleanly. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them so that I knew exactly what was going on.

Excellent service all around

Making an appointment was quick and easy. My technician Gadzhi was thorough and found the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired. He did the job and cleaned up after himself. He is professional and thorough. I highly recommend Ultra Fix and Gadzhi.

UltraFix Washing Machine Repair Service

UltraFix provided dates and times to choose from based on your availability. Text message updates were provided with information for service. Text messages were also sent when Repair Technician was on their way to the location along with ETA.

Vlad came out and diagnosed the washing machine and the faulty part that needed to be replaced. He explained what needed to be done and how much the total cost would be for parts and labor. He informed us that part delivery would take about 3-4 days. Vlad returned to replace the part and tested the washing machine. Vlad was very professional and answered all my questions.

I would recommend UltraFix as well as Vlad for your appliance repair needs.

Illia my technician came and diagnosed my refrigerator and had parts ordered and installed with minimal wait on parts! He was extremely professional, polite, considerate and friendly even with my dog! I would recommend him and the company above all others.

Quick diagnosis and excellent service…

Quick diagnosis and excellent service by Khalid. He diagnosed a problem with my Bosch dishwasher on Saturday, quickly ordered and then installed a new water pump on Tuesday. We were without our workhorse dishwasher for only two days. The only negative was the charge for the part. I later found it online at a quarter of the price I was charged.

1 Star – Avoid This Company

I had an absolutely terrible experience with UltraFix and feel completely scammed.

They sent a technician named Vlad to look at my dishwasher (not powering on) and microwave drawer (not heating). He was in my home for less than 10 minutes and did not open or inspect either appliance internally. Without doing any real diagnostics, he claimed:

The dishwasher “needed a new computer”

The microwave “needed a new magnetron” and would take 2 hours to fix

I pointed out that the GFCI outlet was tripped, the plug looked burned, and there was no power at the outlet at all. When I asked how he could possibly diagnose a bad computer with no power, he couldn’t explain it, opened Google Translate, and wrote that he “knows his job” and “doesn’t need to look inside.”

That’s not diagnosing — that’s guessing.

For the microwave, he claimed he could tell the magnetron was bad “by the sound.” There was no sound.

Despite knowing something was off, I paid the $168 service fee.

After he left, I inspected the dishwasher plug myself. It was clearly burned/shorted. I went to Home Depot, bought a $5.98 replacement plug, replaced it myself — and the dishwasher turned on immediately and works perfectly.

So:

The dishwasher did NOT need a new computer

The unit wasn’t even getting power

The tech completely missed an obvious electrical issue

He tried to sell me an expensive, totally unnecessary repair

This felt like either extreme incompetence or an outright attempt to scam me.

I will be requesting a full refund and will be attaching photos as proof. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Do not trust this company to properly diagnose anything.

Beware!!!

Beware, do not use this company. I wish I checked the Better Business Bureau website before I used them. You will find multiple complaints against them. Our dishwasher was working but we noticed sometimes the soap pod wasn’t fully ejecting and it needed a new spray arm. Their initial technician came, ordered the wrong part, collected 50% of what was owed and left. About a week later, a second technician named Chingiz came, installed the wrong part, collected the remaining balance, turned our dishwasher on to cycle and told me he “wasn’t going to wait because it would take too long and to call him if there were any problems.” The dishwasher didn’t fully cycle, when I opened it, the digital display panel short circuited and would no longer turn on. I called the company right away and requested for the tech to come out again. He returned the following day and acknowledged that this was their error and that they would replace the display panel at no charge to us. I then called the company two days in a row requesting to speak with a manger but they would not return my calls. My husband called and they finally put him through to a manager who told him they would only reimburse us for the parts ordered or we could wait 9-10 months until the part they needed to come in to fix our dishwasher. They wouldn’t reimburse us for the service fee and damage they caused to the dishwasher. At the time we bought our dishwasher they were $800 dollars now the same model is $1200.

Next, I naturally left a poor review on Google. The owner responded to my google review encouraging us to call customer service again to come to a reasonable agreement. This was only to save face online. When I called again, the outcome was exactly the same except the manager then blatantly lied and told me the technician said our digital display was faulty. They lied to fit their agenda and accepted no accountability for their mistake. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope this review helps folks avoid what we went through!

Insulted my wife did nothing and left - still got charged

Low and behold - when we got an actually competent tech out from a different company - the vents were disconnected and blocked and had actual issues. Don't use them - they dont send certified techs, are rude, and overpriced. Save your money and get someone who can actually fix your problem.

Service was excellent

Service was excellent. The technicians were very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem with my dryer. They had to order a part and then a second part, but did not charge me any more than the original agreed-upon price. I would definitely use them again!

i regret using this company

i regret using this company, I will give it zero stars if possible. They will change the time of your appointments with you and tell you A hour or two before they’re supposed to come they have no regard for the fact that they are scheduling time with other people schedules. When they can come, they come with minimal supplies they charge a diagnostic fee which is standard however, they charge a diagnostic fee and then bring no gear. We had a washer issue where it wasn’t draining. They came Almost late and since it was going to collide with my schedule, I asked to cancel and they said no they would still charge for diagnostic fee so I had them come rearrange my schedule to make sure they could come on the second appointment so I could be here in time and they did a diagnostic on my washer. They filled my washer and then left it filled with water saying they could not do the repair for another week. I asked him if they could help drain it and then they asked me to get supplies to help them drain it. They do not have any supplies they come in a normal car not a truck. My sister and I drained it. They saw no issue with leaving my washer filled with water for a week while they waited to get the part to fix it. They finally came today to fix it, and when they’re unplugging the drain the tech asked me hey do you have a floor towel? If they’re doing a service they shouldnt have left my washer full of water and had me drain it and they shouldn’t have needed me to provide supplies for them. They use your stuff without permission. They were using the stuff around the washer to suppor it so It wouldnt ruin the wall when they were moving it out without asking me if they were allowed to. I made a mistake of having them do the dialogistic go with another company. They think it’s OK to charge you even if they don’t show up they think it’s OK to leave a washer full of water in the house for a week until they can get the part and won’t drain it for you and they think it’s OK to use clients materials to fix issues. If we could fix it ourselves we won’t be calling them. The picture showed here is when they flooded my floor with water from when they pulled up a drain pump because they couldn’t get a floor towel and we’re asking to use my paper towels and my floor towels at my home. They should bring the supplies with them not ask the customer to provide these things. He also ran a test load, which is still running as I’m making this review and left before it finished so I’m not even sure if my washer is actually been fixed. But before they left, they insisted, Ipaid them this company legit only care about the money go with anyone else. After this, I’m legit gonna have to clear out that area and mop it to make sure there’s no water in the machine cause I’m not sure they did it properly. And I probably have to go hire someone else to fix it is a huge waste of time. If you do hire this company be prepared to have all the equipment they’re gonna need at your house so they could use it.

Unsatisfactory Repair

Dishwasher repair. Two visits so far. Both visits technician arrived super late. Second visit and the technician refused to test his work and now the dishwasher is still not drying properly. I have contacted the company with this complaint. We'll see.

terrible experience

please do not use these people. i saw their high review rating on google and decided to hire them to repair my samsung front-loading washer. their technician came over and quoted me $373.46 to fix my washer. he said i had to pay half upfront and the other half after the repair was finished. he said he had to go get the part and would be back the next day.

he comes to my house the next day but doesn't call or knock at my door. he waits outside looking over his equipment for about 15 minutes and then decides to drive away. i go outside to catch him and ask where he is going. he tells me he thought i wasn't home, so he was going to leave(and probably charge extra). i asked why he didn't call or even try knocking at my door. he just smiles, ignores my question, and says "ok i fix now?"

he said it would take about 1 hour to fix everything. 2.5 hours later he says he is finished and said "may i use your restroom?" i of course said no problem and showed him where it was. when i went to check on him because he was taking so long, i noticed that he was using my restroom to clean his equipment. that to me seems pretty unprofessional. he made a huge mess and left.

when i used my washer for the first time after the repair, it started shaking wildly during the spin cycle. it had never done this before. when i heard a few popping sounds, i turned it off immediately and saw that some plastic pieces had broken off from the inside. i called ultrafix to tell them about the issue. they sent over another technician the next day. i tell this technician what happened. he doesn't even open up my washer to check on the problem. he just looks at it from the outside and tells me that it is going to be a minimum $650+ to fix it. i told him i already paid $373.46 and that they need to fix my washer. he laughs and says "ok then you have to pay me $75 for just coming out here and i will leave." i ask him "you want me to pay almost 1000 dollars to repair my washer that is $700 brand new?" he laughs again and demands that i pay $75 for his time. i told him to leave my house and called ultrafix again. they kept telling me that they will call me back but they never did.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. felt like a scam.
