Canceled order with an hour and still got charged $250. Oh but I signed the terms.....

Worked to get a dumpster delivery for 2 days. Finally cancelled. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. AVOID THEM.

really bad service, had to get these guys in a crunch. worst service and one of the highest priced dumpster company out there. stay away as from these people. save you self tons of frustration and some money too.

I had a really great experience with them! The customer service is way better than most. I definitely plan to use again in the future.

This company is a joke! They don't deliver on time, their customer service is the worst, completely rude. They act like customer satisfaction is nothing to them. They over charge after the dumpster is picked up two days after called in for pick up. I would not recommend doing business with this company, find someone else.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend NEVER using them. I have called and emailed numerous times for a pick up. The company has my CC on file and refuses to charge my account and 15 days later the dumpster remains here collecting “fees”.

Massively over charges for service. then hits you with additional fees. Use your local disposal service and save a bunch of money.

I had a great experience with them. I thought they were really easy to order with, all I had to do was call and tell them what I was throwing away and how long I'd need it. The cost was what I was expecting not anymore expensive than the usual. This wasn't my first time renting a dumpster so I had a good idea what to expect, however the last company I went with wasn't as updated as they were. I liked that they offered online ETA's and I was able to text in for my removal and questions about the rental period. Super easy to deal with I recommend.

My experience with Ultimate Dumpsters was 1st class all the way!!
We ordered our dumpster on a Friday afternoon and they delivered it the following Tues. morning, as requested. The delivery driver placed the dumpster exactly where we needed it. We filled it in one day, called Ultimate Dumpster, they brought another one the next day and hauled off the full one. There were no problems with them.
What impressed me the most, is that every communication with Ultimate Dumpster, was immediately followed up with a text or email.
We are in the South, and Ultimate Dumpster displayed true Southern hospitality!!
I have and will continue to recommend Ultimate Dumpster!

I lost a 1 1/2 days worth of labor last week waiting for the dumpster to be swapped. It was delayed at first because the e-document wasn't signed correctly, fine, I get that. However, it took an additional 36 hours to receive the dumpster....... after I was assured by the rep on the phone that it was being dispatched that day (Thursday). During that 36 hours I called 3 different times to try and figure out where they were with the dumpster...each time being assured they were on the way. Additionally, each of those 3 times I called (and every call before then) I asked them to make sure and call my guy who was on-site before dropping it off because we could only have it in a specific location on the job site per our contract. They didn't end up dropping it until Friday evening....didn't call...annnndd surprise, they put it in the wrong spot! So I had to fork out more money for labor over the weekend to move the dumpster ourselves so we wouldn't get fined. I called to complain this morning and was met with "Sorry, can't do anything about it." from your customer service manager "Ara". She did not help me at all, and placed the blame all on us. We are liquidators, that are in and out of this area, and all over the country. I will NEVER be using this company again. Your customer service really needs an overhaul. Beyond disappointed, and judging by 95% of your reviews online, most of your customers end up feeling this way.

They just want your credit card info you might not ever get a Dumpster after they get your credit card info and put the charge on it
