I'm doing a enormous project that I expect will take about 15+ dumpsters. We are on our 4th one from ultimate dumpster and they have been super helpful and quick and willing to work with us when we need to put the order on hold for a couple days. They are affordable and helpful.

They were there on time I knew what to expect they drove into an area that the packrat sky was afraid to go intoo. It made it so much easier to be by my shed and garage. I had to get 2 dumpsters. Everything was turnkey except for the $194 of the refrigerator that I did not even know was in the house. Anyway tomorrow they're picking it up and I'm happy.

Leah from customer service was very rude. I asked about pickup and her response was "you can read cant you - its on the contract" I asked if she could provide an estimated time and she assured me it would be picked up next day and to call the next morning to find out what time. When I called the next morning they said they couldn't fit in schedule and would do the next morning

Amazing experience!! The number one thing I simply must say is how incredibly friendly and helpful these guys are! Mike made reserving easy, made great suggestions, and answered all my questions - my calls with him were the most pleasant phone calls I've ever had, and the kind man who delivered the dumpster (I, unfortunately, didn't catch his name), was so polite and made sure delivery was timely, smooth, and all around perfect. I could not have been more impressed with the customer service! Will absolutely recommend!

Shop around...this place is a hustle...they subcontract dumpsters from local vendors and tack on 150 minimum to prices you can get in the area. They started calling me at 8 am on the 7th day wanting to know if I was ready for it to be picked up. I paid for an exchange later that afternoon and it was not swapped. I drove from NC to work on my condo and there was still a full dumpster in the driveway and they blamed it on the drivers truck breaking down...however after I got off the phone with them with my frustration the driver pulled up and said his truck was NEVER BROKE DOWN that they didn't call in the exchange order until after 3 pm. Customer service there is sh.t they want to charge you 40 dollars a day for every day after 7 give me a 40 per day discount for every day I waited to have my dumpster exchanged...no they just put me on hold and waited for me to hang up...THIS PLACE IS A JOKE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....THERE IS A REASON WHY THIS IS THE ONLY WEBSITE YOU CAN LEAVE A REVIEW...IF IT WASNT THEY WOULD PROBABLY HAVE A 1 STAR RATING THEY SUCK!!!!!@

THE EXPERIENCE WITH WAS GREAT. DELIVERED WHEN PROMISED. PORTALET WAS KEPT CLEANED AND PICK UP WHEN PROMISED. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

We ordered them for our birthday party outdoor. It was clean and on time.

They had the best rate around town for renting a porta potty. We have an annual birthday party camping event and rent a potty for the weekend. They dropped off the porta right where we asked and made sure it was set up and ready for use. They are polite and useful. We will be using them again next year for our event.
