Disgraceful. I’ve bought 12 bags plus directly from MCM. Along with trainers, a cap, a makeup bag etc. I bought 3 bags last summer from their shop in Orlando. Ive easily spent £7000+ over the years. One bag i decided was too small and decided to sell it on vinted and eBay. The listing…WITH VERY CLEAR PICTURES and including original packaging and shop receipts etc has been removed on both websites as counterfeit BY MCM THEMSELVES. Can they not tell what their own goods look like and authenticate barcodes and sales receipts? I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this company again. I have emailed them etc and they have ignored me.

After being recommended MCM perfume, I purchased three bottles. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the performance, Despite buying the Eau de Parfum, the scent lasts only around 10–15 minutes before completely disappearing. I specifically chose the EDP expecting better longevity, but this was not the case.

Unfortunately, I am unable to return them as the packaging has been disposed of. To make matters worse, I later found the same perfume available £45 cheaper elsewhere. I feel very disappointed and regret this purchase. I will use the remaining bottles as they are small in size, but I will not be purchasing MCM perfumes again.

My dreams came true!

I first known about this brand because Justin Bieber!!! After that i had walked into an MCM store once, but as soon as I saw the price. I never thought I'd be able to own one. After i grown-up many years later... 🤣 I discovered the MCM's bag perfume that I could afford... I might not have a chance to own a real bag but getting a perfume bag 👜 is still good 😅😍💗

Just like another order online but really impressed with the packaging. Made me feels like i want to keep the whole box including a MCM's parcel box... Moreover, because I ordered online so I didn't had a chance to smell the perfume yet and guess what??? It's smell sooooo Amazing!!! So I'm having a plan to get a bigger one in the very near future! 😍😉
The Perfume bag one is Superb!!!
With the necklace is quite Hip-hop style... Neck strap is bigger than I thought and a quite heavy. So I have a plan to find a smaller chain for it. 😅Also I couldn't open the perfume cap easily... You just have to use a lot of force to pull it up. But the good thing about it is that you can be sure it won't come off while you're wearing it! 😉

I order this online on Monday and received my product on Wednesday which is not too long...

I was a bit worried at first after i can't see my order history yet. And customer service said because i order before i create an account so it might takes time... (I hope they could fix this a little bit on the website to show an order history right away after customer made a payment.) So i was waiting but i didn't have much worries about it because I got an email and they kept giving me an updates about delivery process of my product...
And then with my address after i got an invoice but it doesn't showed a full details of my address on it. So i started worries again because i got a very bad experiences about not full address details that effects to my product's delivery from some other's famous brands company so i asked them online but i got quite quick response with satisfy answers. They said "If the parcel cannot get delivered and comes back to our colleagues, the parcel will get sent out again to the right address." That's how they got my Trustworthy... And not just the words but i could see the updates about my products continually! And yes! Finally, it's arrived! Well done everyone 👏 👏👏👍👍👍

Although I haven't had a chance to order an expensive bag from here just yet, but MCM will be the very first brand that I'll think of when I save up enough money to efford it. And that won't be long... 😉
