Every single time I open the app to set of my robotic vacuum there is a update i have to down load, then try to log in but no!! It has to send me a confirmation email..... what a load of eufy crap!... Mehr ansehen

Good build quality, started with the doorbell works well battery life could be better. Then got the E30 camera it says 128g sd card but will not format used 32g instant, works great. Then got the S340... Mehr ansehen

I didn't know how much time robovac can save. We got L60 Hybrid and will be sure to upgrade our Eufy in the future when current one gives up. Given the L60 price tag, the suction is superior while mop... Mehr ansehen

Spent hours trying to get the chime to link with the doorbell. Failed.

Initially I loved it

Initially I loved it. However I have had to replace so many bits in 12 months. The worst bit being a small plastic flap in the dust hopper came off and I couldn't replace that small bit I have to buy a whole new dust bin which seemed excessive

We want to clarify - if the small plastic flap broke during the 12-month warranty period, we would have provided a free replacement dust bin under warranty coverage. Physical damage to parts like the dust bin is covered by our warranty.

Excellent product

Very easy to set up, with a sleek and elegant design. The functionality is excellent—both the vacuuming and mopping work seamlessly, and the scheduling feature adds even more convenience.

Eufy floodlight camera with…

I bought an eufy floodlight camera with internal storage. Paid £150 great value, much better picture quality than my previous Ring floodlight camera. And with the added bonus of no annual fee!
Very easy to set up and install. App very user friendly, nightly recommend.

Easy to understand compatability

Easy to understand model compatability between video doorbell unit and base station. Easy to fit and great that there is no subscription model in place. I have added a compatible hard dr8ve to proved additional recording capacity. The kit continues to work well. I may have to work out how to switch it off when I am working . The garden, cleaning the car etc as my wife quickly got fed up with all the alerts, as I frequently activated the doorbell. 🫣

She quickly mapped the house, and once we figured out how best to use the app, she just gets on with it. No problems yet. Exceeded expectations.
