Love using DogBuddy as a sitter. They do all the hard work and I get all the fun parts of meeting owners and hanging out with lovely dogs! Only thing that would make it EVEN better is if the sitter insurance covered damage to the home caused by a visiting pup. Still amazing though. Can’t recommed enough.

In my opinion the best dog sitting app around. Gives Owners and Sitters help and support 24/7. Nothing is too much trouble.

when I got to this website and made my profile I didn't know that I would actually be chosen to walk a dog.

At first, I didn't know how to use the website but with the time I understood it. But then I got a message from a dog owner to ask me to walk her dog. I ended up meeting her and she was a very nice person, and the dog was also very docile. Until this day I walk the same dog in flexible hours along the week.

I never had so much fun with the dogs and meet so many nice people around my house. The app is amazing and is very good for the business ,in just 2 weeks I have got already 6 fantastic dogs to look after and my dog Frida has company all day to play , win win always !!! I really recommend for the dog lovers !!

I like the idea of my fur baby being cared for at a home instead of a kennels but unfortunately due to my experience I will struggle trusting dog sitters on this site.

Upon taking my lab to it's sitter I was informed she had to pop out for a few hours. I was uncomfortable leaving my dog in a strange house straight away so I made plans for my dog to be picked up from my house and arranged a friend to be there when my dog was picked up. I continued with my plans throughout the day only to get a phone call from my friend saying the sitter had still not turned up (and cancelled literally last minute). It was a good job I had some reliable friends or I would have been 3 hours into my journey and would have had to have turned around. I am also relieved something inside me was telling me not to leave my dog at this sitters house or he would have been left alone for 6 hours in a strange place. She was very unreliable the days approaching to the stay at replying to messages and personally feel she made other plans and then made up an excuse.

I did get fully refunded, but from now on will only use kennels or friends. Although not necessary dog buddy's fault - the sitters can be unreliable.

Horrible customer service. Owner refusing to pay for damages. Unprofessional service, company refusing to compensate for damages.

Great company to work for, always very efficient service with bookings, reminders and information from start to finish. Would recommend

I have had a lot of bookings in a short amount of time from Dog Buddy. The app is easy to use and the bookings process is straightforward. Also, looking after the dogs is great fun!

DogBuddy is an excellent pet care platform which allows for much flexibility for both dog-owner and dog-sitter/walker. DogBuddy has a sturdy and very reliable setup of staff, and interfaces. It provides for great interactions and, of course, lots of opportunity to cuddle with dogs - the ultimate goal.

Brilliant app! Shows you all the carers in your area and allows you to message them and book easily. When your dog is with a carer it updates you on when they go for walks and for how long. Love it!

some dog sitters are very unreliable.Booked one dog sitter for November the 4th and they cancelled the day before, yet it had been booked for at least a week. We then found a new dog sitter and they accepted but cancelled the morning of the 4th of November forcing us to cancel our plans. not a very professional site and dog sitters can cancel last minute without any replacement or explanation.

Being a dog sitter, dog buddy is amazing. They offer good support and a great service. I really enjoy being a dog sitter with dog buddy.

I love dog buddy it makes me feel at ease as a carer and leaves all the doggie parents at ease knowing there pets are in good hands. Such an easy website to use and has brought me so much joy minding amazing dogs 😊 x

I meet the dogs and owners at their home so the dog is relaxed and you get an idea of their lifestyle. I call it the interview because the owner is able to access your interaction with their dog. I had one booking who cancelled at that point. The messaging is useful as it does not interrupt the owners time away but is there when they want to check. I try and send the first when the dog has settled. I point that that replying is optional as I don't want them to feel pressure to reply. Lastly the photos that are sent can be shared by them with the people they are with.

Hi I have only been on the site a few weeks and I love this site. It's so easy to use and so simple to complete bookings
I have had dog owners find my site in ther area very easy so I'm not having to constantly message dog owners about my services
I have had dog owners leave reviews on my site so other dog owners can see what others say about me and my dog's
Would definitely recommend other dog owners looking for sitters, doggy daycare, or over night stays to use this site

We are fairly new carers and joined dog buddy early August this year.
They were very helpful to us during the set up and have constantly been in touch with us since.
We have received quite a few bookings already and the dog owners have commented on how easy the website was to use and book .
The information from dog buddy has been helpful in aiding us to understand each dog and their needs enabling each visit to be a success
