Impeccable and courteous service.
After my order was partially unfulfilled due to the website upgrade, I was reimbursed for the missing items and then sent replacements free of charge. The service provided, courtesy of being informed of the problems encountered at all times, along with the promptness of resolution, and the generosity of Ueshima, makes the company one of the best in the world. I can thoroughly recommend them. Superb.

Great coffee, cheaper than Tesco and Amazon to buy direct
Have really enjoyed this coffee since finding it on a deal in Tesco. Since bought in bulk from Amazon but when the price went shooting up I went right to the source and bought direct. Came quickly and with free postage (bought 6). I only realised afterwards I could have mixed and matched the blends!

Ordering coffee beans on the website…
Ordering coffee beans on the website was simple and effective. Delivery was made promptly and without problems. I’m using a decent quality manual grinder and an Aeropress, and I’m really enjoying the resulting coffee.

Being totally ignored
I have since been contacted by Ueshima and the issues has been resolved, they have gone over and above what I might have expected and I will reorder in future.
I hope, if they do have another system upgrade, they put existing customer orders first and monitor/contact these customers as a priority so they do know what is going on. Clearer communication would have helped, But Thank You for resolving the below.
I ordered 7 items on 2nd May paid in full (Via Shop app). Only received a partial order of 4 items. I have e-mailed on the 16th May, 19th May, 1st June and 15th June. The order number given on each occasion and I have had NO replies to what is happening. I have been a longstanding customer and the order was placed during their system upgrade, So benefit of the doubt BUT I still need a reply, I have given two e-mail addresses to reply to and a Phone number. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT UESHIMA Coffee reply to me

Great beans straight to our door
Fuji Mountain beans are the best we’ve found for our bean to cup machine, but they seem to be increasingly hard to find in local supermarkets.
I was overjoyed to to find the available directly from Ueshima at a good price and delivered efficiently straight to our door.
