We went of the espresso and milk class and Jack was brilliant. We used the machine provided as our new machine hadn't arrived yet. Honestly I'd say it's better to take your own machine so you can have help dialing it in to make a great coffee. We made a great coffee with their machine and then went home and had to go through the task of doing it all again once our new machine arrived. We learnt a lot though and eventually we have got to a good position on our machine.
Also...stay for lunch after, the food is incredible and the staff are all lovely.

Excellent customer service and excellent product arrived quickly and they kept me informed at all times.
Will definitely be ordering from them again and will be recommending them to friends and family

Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to throw parcel over side gate without any note through front door. Found parcel while sorting out recycling. No idea when it arrived, but still it was within a decent delivery window.

This product was 30% more expensive than on other websites but chose this company due to fast shipping. Only the parcel didn’t turn up for 8 days. Customer service was helpful but didn’t dispatch one faster, only had lengthy negotiations with the third party. Next time I definitely won’t pay the significant premium of buying anything here

Efficient, great value, serious coffee!

Attended the Bring your own Sage session- amazing value for money, Jack was exceptionally knowledgeable and taught all 4 of us loads in the session. Far more confident adjusting the machine for different beans now and can even make a latte art ‘blob’ … swans will follow soon. Cannot recommend UE highly enough - and the setting and coffee is amazing! Many thanks.

I've had fantastic experiences with Ue ever since I encountered them at their stall at the Birmingham Coffee Festival two years ago. My only problem has been getting ahold of them via email, I tried three times to enquire after a type of coffee I tried at the festival and never received a response—however, due to the quality of the product and the amazing value, all is forgiven on that front! My latest purchase, a bourbon aged filter ground coffee, has absolutely knocked my socks off for velour and flavour. It is a stunning drop. The company's packaging and branding is also top notch, I happily use their boxes as kitchen decoration.
