I am very happy with Ubuy, their delivery is very quick and their products are of excellent quality.

Purchased an item (camera batteries) and paid for it, within a couple of days I received a mail saying that order was cancelled for item being restricted due to security concerns in my country and i will be refunded, took a week to refund my money but when refunded it was ZAR75 ($5) less than what i had paid. If you go on the site the item is still listed along with 12 other variations of the same item, all batteries as well. So if they know they can't supply batteries because it is dangerous to transport then why are they still offering it and probably hundred if not thousands of other batteries for other makes and models of devices? I would think its because its an easy way to make a ZAR75 ($5) profit by selling nothing! After customers have paid for an item that Ubuy knowingly cannot actually supply Ubuy.za.com. The site is only for use in South Africa so it should state "items cannot be delivered to South Africa" and for this same reason all batteries should not even appear on the site ubuy.za.com! I was probably not the first and as long as these items remain listed I definitely won't be the last. I won't be using them again and you should be careful.
