Upon investigating, we discovered that the Alphaworks Cord Reel Extension (14AWG x 50 feet) was out of stock with the seller. To avoid further delays, they substituted 5 units with the ReelWorks 14AWG x 50ft (SRT) Extension Cord Reel Retractable a higher-priced alternative with similar specifications while sending the 1 available Alphaworks unit. If the ReelWorks units do not meet your needs, we’re happy to arrange a return pickup and process a refund for those items.

We recognize the lack of clarity regarding delivery updates and take full responsibility for this oversight. Our team is actively following up with the seller to expedite resolution and will keep you informed every step of the way.
