I ordered twice from different restaurants, and both orders got canceled after half an hour of waiting. I'm here at home at midnight, super hungry, and their customer support called me to let me know that I don't have to worry. I will get back my money, no coupon, nothing as an apology. Terrible service. Don't use it.

The wait time kept increasing so i cancelled the order. They still charged the full price. Crooks. Don't use them.

Absolutely terrible service we waited over an hour for our food try to contact the number but it doesn’t work had to cancel my food and don’t even receive my money for 5 days do not order from here it is absolutely shocking we even tried to go through uber eats and they was no help at all just kept saying it would put me through to a human agent but it kept putting me through to a robot who was pretending to be a robot I’ve never ever witnessed anything so bad DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE.

Las entregas son nefastas, en ocasiones de horas y pretenden que tú estés esperando toda la noche el pedido, encima cancelas y te lo cobran, nunca más

El repartidor no entrega el pedido dejándolo en la puerta de la calle a pesar de tener que darle un supuesto pin de entrega y para hablar con Uber imposible.
El restaurante ha vuelto a servir el pedido sin coste cuando ha sido el repartidor el que no lo ha entregado.
Intentar hablar con atención al cliente de Uber imposible. Le escribes un mensaje y ya responderán. Un servicio horroroso por no pensar en que ha hecho el repartidor con el pedido……

Después de no traerme el pedido a casa ahora me dice que tardarán 1 mes en devolverme mi dinero porque pagué con tarjeta virtual, mucho cuidado con esta panda de estafadores

Jamás me suscribí pero empecé a recibir cobros de suscripción, así que....ojito con este tema porque después tampoco te devuelven los cobros

Solicité un pedido por uber eats. El conductor nunca llegó a mi dirección. Hizo una foto en mitad de un lugar con pisos en construcción y lo ha marcado como entregado. Uber eats no se responsabiliza. Nefastos. Nunca más volveré a pedir para ellos.

Never got delivery - they claim that the driver tried to contact me and then left the food in a secure location and documented it.
They never tried to contact me, and the have not been able to (or willing to) provide documentation. And now they are not even answering in the chat.

Experiencia terrible. Soy suscriptora de Uber One y nunca imaginé recibir un trato así. Mi pedido de 46 € fue dejado en la vía pública, en una avenida, sin llamada, sin mensaje y sin ningún intento de contacto por parte del repartidor. Llevo desde el martes intentando resolver el problema con Uber Eats y la única respuesta que recibo son mensajes automáticos y la negativa al reembolso, sin aportar ninguna prueba de los supuestos intentos de contacto. También contacté con el restaurante y me informaron de que no se hacen responsables de los pedidos realizados a través de Uber Eats. Es inaceptable que una empresa cobre por un servicio que no fue prestado correctamente y deje al cliente completamente desamparado. Después de esta experiencia, cancelaré mi suscripción y dejaré de utilizar todos los servicios de Uber. Muy decepcionada.

El repartidor, tras estar chateando con él en tiempo real, no me entrega pedido. Me indica que todo está ok y que está subiendo a mi piso. EL no llega ni yo recibo el pedido. Al llamarle me dice que no he estado disponible y se ha hecho foto en portería con portera y el pedido. En mi edificio no hay porter@. Nadie ha llegado a mi casa. Estafador, mentiroso, sinverguenza. Al llamarle recibo un trato vejatorio y machista. Me insulta, me desprecia y me cuelga. A partir de ahí no coge el teléfono. No doy crédito. Una persona mintiendo en mi propia cara, insultandome por telefono, un pedido desaparecido, un trato vejatorio. SINVERGUENZAS. Procedo a denunciarles y demandarles.

Nefastos en la logística y estafadores en las soluciones. Cuando realizas un pedido te aparece un tiempo estimado de entrega, si el pedido se retrasa al parecer te da la opción de cancelarlo. El tema es que conforme se va retrasando el pedido, el tiempo estimado se va retrasando tambien y con eso tanto la IA como los cuatro gestores humanos con lo que he conseguido contactar con mucha insistencia me dicen que no se puede devolver el dinero porque está en tiempo, cuando el tiempo es diferente del que fué al realizar el pedido.
Estafadores

Son unos sinvergüenzas osea no facilitan nada si no te mueves tu te quedas sin dinero y la comida helada , es la última vez que pido con estos impresentables.

I ordered 2 packs of Baklava, the receipt shows 2 packs, I was charged 2 packs price, received 1 pack only. I told Uber Eats the minute I received the order with a photo where the receipt and products seem clearly. Thry asked again and again for different pictures then they wrote this that it is delivered correct. They took my money for nothing. Also many times they have sent rotten vegetables and fruits some they recovered some not. One time their delivery person stole the corona of the door which was very beautiful. One of the most awful experience was that I ordered 2 medicines from phramacy, they sent 1 medicine only. And it was 25 euro approx each. They did not even care they said it was delivered correct. Which was a lie and also accusation of lying. I told them several times this is not fair and I will leave UberEats if they dont correct this and they did not care. I did not use the app for months but now I understand I should not try it again. Awful customer service. And they do not care

Awful company. Horrid. Still waiting on an order after an hour and a half and it will be another hour. Support are not friendly but ultimately useless. Hard to cancel because you need to do it through the chat bot.

This company exists to take your money and make it as hard as possible for you to get your food.

Do yourself a favour, either go and pick it up yourself or just cook something at home. If you use Uber Eats, there is a high chance you won't be eating whatever you order any time soon

Driver couldn't find my address....even though I saw him drive by twice.....so he gave my order to someone else...I still got charged and now Uber eats are just completely ignoring my complaint.

Me parece fatal qué siendo una app tan conocida y qué se las dan de confiables cuando no son capaces ni de buscar una solución a un fallo en la entrega.Tampoco tienen suficiente repartidores para abarcar la gran demanda de pedidos( es como comprarte un Ferrari y no tener ni para gasolina).Con mucho respeto y cordialidad busquen una solución a esta app tan incompetente, un saludo cordial
