Terrible Communication
I placed the order back in early March and Tried to contact The company on numerous occasions with no avail. Then I ended up canceling the order and moved on and purchased the saw elsewhere. Then recently I received a message from the company that the order was being shipped. I sent them another email canceling this order because I already purchased the item, and then the item showed up on my doorstep. The only positive experience is when I called to have it returned (since they never billed me) the person on the phone was kind enough to offer a free pick up ticket and UPS showed up the next day.

When I placed my order The web page said in stock? I did receive an email saying it was on back order weeks later I tried contacting this company by phone by email and through Facebook numerous times nobody ever got back to me except one time on Facebook when I gave them my order number and they said it did not exist in their system and then months later it arrived in the mail, will never do business with them again, horrible company do not recommend.

The items I ordered were almost…
The items I ordered were almost immediately back ordered so I wasn’t happy I attempted to cancel the order but got the run around and pay pal refunded the money. Few months later I come home and the order is on the porch…..so I guess as long as you’re patient and not in a hurry you will get the product and as far as the product they were both top notch without any issues.

Didn't cancel my order
I ordered this in March and canceled the order within a couple weeks after it was determined that they didn't have it in stock. I then received the shipment in June, apparently the order was never canceled.

I ordered a DeWalt pruning chainsaw for Father’s Day. I saw an ad at a cheaper price the same day so I called customer service and they cheerfully matched the other stores price. The refund was done quickly and the chainsaw came sooner than expected. It’s not Father’s Day yet so I can’t say how it works but Tyler Tools was great!
